Your Role: Guardian of Safety and Service
In this vital position, you will be the cornerstone of the cabin experience on our corporate aircraft, with a primary focus on safety and a secondary commitment to impeccable service. You will manage the full scope of flight operations—from meticulous pre-flight planning to gracious in-flight hospitality and thorough post-flight procedures. Your ability to remain calm under pressure, think independently, and collaborate seamlessly with the flight deck crew will ensure every journey meets Chevron's exacting standards.
What You Will Be Doing?
- Serving as a certified safety professional, conducting thorough pre-flight checks, live safety demonstrations, and ensuring full compliance with all federal aviation regulations.
- Leading with confidence during any emergency, providing clear direction to passengers and delivering expert medical first aid if required.
- Curating and procuring high-quality, creative catering that accommodates all passenger dietary preferences and needs, while strictly adhering to food safety protocols.
- Utilizing the Gulfstream Cabin Management System (GCMS) to configure the cabin, manage passenger preferences, and troubleshoot any technical issues.
- Delivering discreet, anticipatory, and professional service to senior executives, ensuring their comfort and productivity throughout the flight.
- Practicing exemplary Crew Resource Management (CRM) by participating in detailed briefings and maintaining clear, constant coordination with the pilot team.
The Background We're Looking For
We seek a true professional with a demonstrated history in corporate aviation, where precision and discretion are paramount.
Required Qualifications:
- A high school diploma (a bachelor's degree is a beneficial asset).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a corporate flight attendant, with a strong preference for candidates familiar with worldwide operations and challenging international destinations.
- Proficiency with large cabin corporate aircraft; direct experience on the Gulfstream G650ER is highly valued.
- Stellar customer service skills and the proven ability to interact with senior-level executives with professionalism and poise.
- The legal right to work in the United States and possession of a valid U.S. passport.
Preferred Credentials & Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs).
- A valid first aid training certificate and a flight attendant-specific credential from a recognized trainer like FlightSafety or FACTS.
- Hands-on proficiency with GCMS; a Gulfstream GCMS training certificate is a significant plus.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with an unwavering attention to detail.
