Are you passionate about aviation and thrive in a role where every day brings a new destination? DAT is looking for motivated and professional Cabin Attendants to join our team, operating ATR aircraft on essential routes across Norway. This is a unique opportunity to be at the heart of regional connectivity, serving stations like SRP (Sørkjosen), OLA (Ørland), RRS (Røros), and FRO (Florø). If you love providing genuine service in a close-knit, safety-first environment, we invite you to apply.

In this role, you'll be more than a crew member; you'll be the face of DAT for our passengers, ensuring their journey is safe, comfortable, and welcoming from boarding to arrival. You'll join a dedicated team that values professionalism, teamwork, and the unique challenges and rewards of single-cabin operations.

Your Role: The Heart of the Cabin Experience

As a Cabin Attendant on our ATR fleet, you will take full ownership of the cabin environment. Your primary focus is to uphold the highest standards of safety while delivering attentive and friendly service. Operating primarily on Norway's scenic regional routes, you'll work independently as part of a small, coordinated crew, building rapport with regular travelers and new passengers alike. Your adaptability and calm presence will ensure every flight is seamless.

    Key Responsibilities Include:

    • Ensuring the complete safety, security, and comfort of all passengers throughout the flight.
    • Conducting all cabin safety and security procedures with precision and care.
    • Providing clear announcements, helpful information, and warm, professional service.
    • Managing onboard sales and cabin preparations efficiently.
    • Representing DAT with a polished appearance and a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.

Do You Have the Right Attitude and Qualifications?

We are looking for candidates who bring a customer-centric mindset and the resilience to excel in a dynamic aviation environment.

To apply, you must meet these requirements:

    • Be at least 18 years of age.
    • Hold a valid Cabin Crew Medical Report (CC MR) or an equivalent recognized certificate.
    • Hold a valid Cabin Crew Attestation.
    • Possess strong, confident communication skills in English.
    • Be flexible and willing to be rostered primarily to our Norway stations (SRP, OLA, RRS, FRO).

The ideal candidate will also possess:

    • A strong, innate customer service mindset.
    • Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work as part of a tight-knit team.
    • The ability to remain calm, professional, and effective under pressure.
    • A reliable, flexible nature and a consistently positive attitude.
    • Prior experience in Single Cabin Crew Operations is a distinct advantage, though full training will be provided for the right candidate.
