Join the Breeze Team: Part-Time Flight Attendant at Our New Fort Lauderdale Base!

Breeze Airways is bringing our "Seriously Nice" approach to Fort Lauderdale, and we're looking for warm, level-headed, and service-loving individuals to join our brand-new FLL Crew Base as Part-Time Flight Attendants. If you're the kind of person who stays calm when things get busy, genuinely enjoys helping others, and believes kindness makes all the difference, this could be the perfect fit.

At Breeze, we're building something different—an airline rooted in five core values: Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence. As a Flight Attendant, you're not just crew; you're the face of that promise. From the moment a Guest steps onboard to the moment they step off, you'll be the one who makes them feel welcome, safe, and genuinely cared for.

    What You'll Be Doing?

Every flight brings a new mix of moments, and you'll be at the center of them all. Here's a glimpse of what your day-to-day might look like:

    • Greeting Guests with warmth as they board, helping with seating, luggage, and any questions that come your way
    • Keeping a kind, present, and approachable energy in the cabin—being someone Guests feel they can turn to
    • Staying steady under pressure, handling unexpected situations with patience and a cool head
    • Working closely with your fellow crew members—communicating clearly, supporting one another, and showing up as a true teammate
    • Staying flexible when schedules shift due to weather, operations, or other surprises (it's part of aviation life)
    • Keeping up with FAA regulations, company policies, and ongoing training to ensure safety always comes first
    • Serving meals, snacks, and beverages (including alcohol) with attention to hygiene and presentation
    • Maintaining a tidy cabin and organized galley, even in tighter spaces
    • Walking Guests through safety and emergency procedures with clarity and confidence
    • Administering first aid or medical support if the need arises
    • Completing security screenings and Autism Awareness Training as part of your role
    • Using and explaining Breeze's inflight technology to Guests when needed

    What We're Looking For?

We care as much about who you are as what you've done. Here are the essentials:

    • At least 21 years old
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Able to reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead bins without assistance, and fit comfortably in the jumpseat with the seatbelt and harness secured
    • Well-groomed, polished, and able to make a genuinely positive impression
    • Service-oriented mindset—you genuinely enjoy helping people
    • Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking, understanding)
    • Ability to pass vision and hearing tests, as well as a DOT pre-employment drug test and TSA fingerprint-based background check
    • Valid U.S. passport with at least six months remaining at the time of application
    • Legal right to work and travel freely to/from the United States
    • Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
    • Able to report to your assigned base for scheduled trips and work Reserve Assignment when required
    • Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds, pushing/pulling carts with up to 60 pounds of force, and assisting disabled Guests using inflight wheelchairs
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform all safety-related duties

A Few Things to Note on Appearance

We want you to show up as yourself, with a few practical guidelines:

    • Nose piercings are welcome—studs only, 2mm or smaller, in silver, gold, or gemstone (no hoops)
    • No other facial piercings while in uniform
    • Maximum of two earrings per ear
    • Tattoos may be visible within company guidelines (details shared during the selection process)
    • No teeth embellishments

What You Bring Beyond the Basics:

    • A collaborative spirit—you work well with others and know when to step up and when to listen
    • Strong problem-solving skills—you can turn a challenge into a solution without losing your cool
    • Comfort working independently while still being part of a close-knit team
    • A natural ability to de-escalate tense moments and handle complaints with empathy and clarity

What You Can Expect as Part of Our Team?

We believe in taking care of our people, and that starts with real, meaningful benefits:

    • Monthly Guarantee: 37.5 flying hours per month
