What Your Day Looks Like in the Cabin?
You'll be the first face our guests see when they step onboard, and the last one wishing them well as they leave. In between, you'll be keeping everyone safe with clear, confident safety briefings—while making sure nobody feels like they're sitting through a lecture.
Beyond safety, you'll be creating brilliant experiences. That means helping guests with special needs, making flying genuinely fun for unaccompanied minors, and offering the kind of thoughtful service that turns a routine flight into a memorable part of someone's journey.
You'll also need to handle the unexpected with grace. Delays. Weather. The occasional nervous flyer. Emergencies, rare as they are. When you stay calm and confident under pressure, your guests feel like they're in exactly the right hands.
Are You Our Kind of Good Human?
We're looking for people with hospitality in their heart and a spring in their step. Cool, calm, collected. Happy to help, with a genuine "nothing's too much trouble" attitude. Charming, but never fake. Safety-conscious, clear-headed, and wonderfully down to earth.
You'll thrive in this role if you:
- Are at least 18 years old
- Hold Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
- Have at least 3 years of previous part-time or full-time experience in a people‑facing or care‑focused role (customer service, hospitality, aged care, nursing, retail, hotels, or similar)
- Have a valid passport with at least 18 months remaining before expiry
- Hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- Hold a current Australian First Aid and CPR certificate
- Can work a rotating 24/7 roster that includes early mornings, late nights, weekends, public holidays, and peak travel periods
- Are comfortable sharing the cabin with cats and dogs (furry passengers travel with us occasionally)
- Can reach up to 180cm (for safety and operational requirements)
