Who Thrives in This Role?
We're looking for good humans. The kind who genuinely enjoy connecting with people, who bring warmth and energy to everything they do, and who stay cool and collected when things get busy. You don't need aviation experience—we'll teach you everything you need to know. What matters is your character and your commitment to caring for others.
You'll be a great fit if you:
- Are at least 18 years of age
- Hold Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
- Have at least three years of previous employment (part-time or full-time) in roles focused on caring for people—think customer service, hospitality, retail, aged care, nursing, or hotel work
- Have a valid passport with at least 18 months remaining
- Can obtain a RSA certificate, First Aid and CPR certification, and can swim 50 metres
- Are comfortable working a rotating 24/7 roster that includes early mornings, late nights, weekends, public holidays, and peak travel periods
- Don't mind sharing the cabin with cats and dogs—because they travel with us too
- Can reach a height of 180cm (to meet safety requirements)
