Lead the Cabin Experience: Senior Cabin Crew Needed in Lagos!

Green Africa is looking for an experienced, composed, and people-focused Senior Cabin Crew Member to join our growing team in Lagos. If you have spent at least five years as a flight attendant and are ready to step into a leadership role—where your decisions directly shape safety, service quality, and team performance—this is the opportunity you have been waiting for.

At Green Africa, we believe that great service starts with great leadership. As a Senior Cabin Crew Member, you will not only serve our passengers but also guide and support your fellow crew members, ensuring every flight reflects our commitment to safety, professionalism, and warmth.

    What You Will Be Doing

This is a hands-on leadership role that blends operational responsibility with people management. You will work closely with the commander, your cabin team, and ground support to ensure every journey runs smoothly from start to finish.

    Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

    • Upholding Green Africa's safety and service standards at all times—no exceptions
    • Reporting any incidents, unusual observations, or operational concerns directly to the commander, and managing cabin services including executive cabin service hubs
    • Ensuring that all cabin crew members maintain proper decorum and follow our code of conduct while in uniform
    • Distributing tasks fairly and effectively among your cabin team, coordinating efforts for a seamless inflight experience
    • Leading thorough pre-flight briefings and honest, constructive post-flight debriefings to continuously improve performance

What You Bring to the Role?

We are looking for someone who has mastered the fundamentals of cabin service and is now ready to guide others. To be considered for this position, you should have:

    • At least five years of experience as an operating cabin crew member
    • Completed and satisfied all initial cabin crew qualification requirements
    • Strong fluency in written and spoken English—additional languages are a welcome advantage
    • Excellent physical health and fitness levels, meeting all medical requirements for the role
    • A proven ability to solve problems and make sound decisions under pressure
    • A sharp eye for detail and a personal commitment to quality in everything you do
    • A warm, professional personality and genuine ability to work harmoniously within a multicultural team

The Skills That Will Make You Successful

Beyond your experience and qualifications, we value specific strengths that define great leaders:

    Must-have:

    • Strong interpersonal skills—you connect easily with people at all levels
    • Solid problem-solving abilities—you find solutions when others see obstacles
    • Sound decision-making—you act confidently and thoughtfully
    • Natural leadership—you inspire others to do their best
    • Clear communication—you speak and listen with purpose
    • Coaching and mentoring—you enjoy helping others grow

    Good to have:

    • Basic computer literacy to handle reporting and coordination tasks

    Why Join Green Africa?

Based in the dynamic city of Lagos, this role offers you the chance to grow with a young, ambitious airline that values integrity, service excellence, and team spirit. You will not just be a crew member—you will be a mentor, a leader, and a key part of our mission to make air travel across Nigeria safe, affordable, and genuinely pleasant.
