flyadeal, Saudi Arabia's fast-growing low-cost carrier, is searching for an experienced and visionary leader to join our Jeddah team as Head of Cabin Crew Inflight Services. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will shape the passenger experience, drive commercial success, and lead a large, multi-base cabin crew workforce. If you're a strategic thinker with deep aviation operations expertise and a passion for developing people, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

You'll also maintain operational and emergency readiness at all times, preparing teams for any scenario.
Operational Leadership
Overseeing cabin crew performance, discipline, and productivity will be central to your role. Anticipating operational risks and stepping in with proactive solutions will be part of your daily rhythm.
Customer Experience & Service Excellence
flyadeal is known for its warm, friendly, and caring service. You'll embed this customer-centric culture into every interaction onboard, ensuring a consistently high-quality experience that aligns with our brand promise. You'll also identify passenger pain points and turn them into real, actionable service improvements.
People Leadership & Engagement
Leading a large, diverse cabin crew team requires genuine connection and coaching. You'll drive engagement, well-being, and retention through mentoring, clear communication, and performance development. Building a high-performance culture where people feel valued and motivated will be one of your most important legacies.
Commercial & Financial Management
This role has a direct impact on our bottom line. You'll drive inflight commercial performance, including onboard sales and ancillary revenue, while managing the P&L of inflight products. From catering and uniforms to accommodation and supplier costs, you'll keep a close eye on budgets, identifying opportunities to boost revenue and streamline expenses.
Supplier & Stakeholder Management
You'll work with third-party vendors and partners, ensuring they meet our quality, compliance, and cost standards. Collaboration with internal teams like Marketing, Customer Experience, and Operations will be essential to align service initiatives with flyadeal's broader business strategy.
