What You'll Be Doing?
As a Cabin Crew member with China Airlines, you'll play a vital role in ensuring passenger safety and comfort while delivering the exceptional service we're known for. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ground preparation—ensuring everything is ready before passengers board
- Checking cabin equipment and safety equipment—meticulous attention to detail is essential
- Cabin safety and cleaning checks—maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety
- Inflight service—delivering warm, attentive hospitality to passengers from around the world
- Duty-free sales and payment settlement—managing onboard sales with accuracy and professionalism
Working Hours: Cabin Crew work hours are subject to flight schedules and may be adjusted flexibly to meet operational needs.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
Education
- Bachelor's degree or above from an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education
- Applicants must have obtained their graduation certificate
- Additional documentation is required for overseas, mainland China, transfer, exchange, or incomplete studies
English Proficiency
Applicants must have obtained one of the following scores on or after December 1, 2024:
- TOEIC Listening & Reading: 600+
- Linguaskill Listening & Reading: 145+
- TOEFL ITP Listening & Reading: 480+
- IELTS: 4.5+
Other Requirements
- Must hold a Republic of China (Taiwan) ID card
- Knowledge of a second foreign language other than English is preferred, particularly basic conversational ability in Vietnamese, Thai, or Indonesian

- Second Round: November 14, 2026

- Medical Examination: November 24–27, 2026
- Training: Expected to begin in mid-January 2027
Salary & Benefits
- Average monthly salary: TWD 65,000–75,500
