What You'll Be Doing?
On Board
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a 'sales through service' mindset—customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything you do
- Implement all safety, first aid, and service procedures with discipline and care
- Be a confident communicator, demonstrating emotional intelligence and adapting your style to build relationships quickly
- Work collaboratively with your team to deliver results, supporting your fellow crew members every step of the way
- Embrace change and the unexpected—from roster adjustments to onboard situations, mastering new tech and encouraging others to do the same

What We're Looking For?
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and going the extra mile
- Motivated to complete and pass our training in Safety, First Aid, and Service, then apply it confidently
- Skilled at handling multiple priorities, solving problems, and staying composed under pressure
- A collaborative team player with strong communication and fluent English for smooth interaction with passengers and colleagues
- Flexible and positive with a mindset ready for a role where no two days are the same
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Age: 18 years of age on the first day of your new entrant course
- Height: Able to reach a height of 6ft.2" or 1.89 m, bare feet flat on the floor
- Regulatory Duties: Able to perform all regulatory duties, including being able to sit and fully fasten an aircraft over-shoulder jump seat harness
- Swimming: Able to swim at least 25 meters
- Testing: Willing to undertake Psychoactive Testing and a UK CAA Cabin Crew Medical throughout employment
- Language: Can understand, speak, and write good English equivalent to CEFR B2 or ILR L3
- Flexibility: Able to work shifts across a 24/7 flight programme and be able to report in uniform at your home base within 90 minutes
- Documentation: Must hold a valid UK or Irish passport with 6 months validity and any necessary visas for travel
- Background Check: Successful candidates will be required to undergo background security checks, where positive results are required
- Vaccinations: Provide proof of required vaccinations in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines
