Your Mission: Deliver Experiences with Scootitude
As a Scootee, you are both a safety guardian and a brand ambassador. Your role is to blend professionalism with personality, creating memorable journeys for every passenger.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Prioritizing passenger safety and comfort through every phase of the flight, with vigilant attention to all procedures.
- Working seamlessly as a team to deliver exceptional, friendly, and efficient service that adds a vibrant touch to every interaction.
- Using your up-to-date knowledge and positive Scootitude mindset to curate enjoyable, hassle-free travel experiences for our guests.
Do You Have the Scootitude We're Looking For?
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds—whether you're taking your first step after school or seeking an exciting career change. What matters most is your attitude, resilience, and passion for people.
To apply, you should meet the following criteria:
- Be at least 18 years old to comply with Singapore's legal and regulatory requirements.
- Meet our safety reach requirements:
- Female: Minimum height of 158cm, OR 156cm with the ability to reach over a line of 210cm.
- Male: Minimum height of 165cm, OR 162cm with the ability to reach over a line of 210cm.
- Hold a minimum educational qualification of:
- 3 GCE 'O' level subject passes (including English); OR
- 5 GCE 'N(A)' / 'N(T)' level subject passes (including English); OR
- 3 SPM subject passes with a Grade C and above in English.
- Be fully flexible to work on a rostered schedule that includes weekends, public holidays, and irregular hours.
- Be medically fit to perform all cabin crew duties.
- Adapt quickly, think on your feet, and manage in-flight situations calmly while always prioritizing safety.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times in line with our grooming policy. Visible tattoos are not permitted.
