As a cabin crew member, your primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers on Scoot's aircrafts, while also providing high-quality customer service. You must maintain current knowledge in all areas of duty and work effectively as a team.
Training
Upon joining the company, all new employees will undergo a two-month training program to prepare them for their role at Scoot. The curriculum encompasses the following core competencies:
- Safety and emergency procedures
- Door operation
- Firefighting
- First aid administration
- Personal grooming standards
- Scoot company culture and values
- Passenger handling procedures
- In-flight sales processes
Requirements
Applicants must be 18 or older, meet the minimum height requirement of 158 cm for females and 165 cm for males, and possess a minimum qualification of 3 GCE ‘O’ level passes including English or equivalent. Candidates must be available to work a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays, and be medically fit for the role. Exceptional service, teamwork, and the ability to handle situations with flexibility and safety are essential qualities.
