Do You Have the Scootitude We're Looking For?
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds—whether you're fresh out of school or a seasoned professional seeking a thrilling career change.
To join our crew, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Meet our safety reach requirements:
- Female: Minimum height of 158cm, or 156cm with the ability to reach 210cm.
- Male: Minimum height of 165cm, or 162cm with the ability to reach 210cm.
- Have a minimum educational qualification of:
- 3 GCE 'O' Level passes (including English), OR
- 5 GCE 'N(A)'/'N(T)' Level passes (including English), OR
- 3 SPM passes with a Grade C and above in English.
- Be medically fit to perform cabin crew duties.
- Be fully available to work on a rostered schedule that includes weekends and public holidays.
- Possess the quick thinking and calm demeanor needed to manage onboard situations while prioritizing safety.
- Maintain a professional appearance in line with our grooming policy. Please note that visible tattoos are not permitted.

If your application is shortlisted, you'll be invited to complete an online assessment and attend our engaging Assessment Centre. Please complete this process within one month of your application date.
Successful candidates must be ready to commence employment with us within two months from their Assessment Centre date.
