Interview Guidelines – Please Take Note
- Contact Lenses: Please come to the interviews wearing clear contact lenses only. Coloured contact lenses or iris enhancers are not permitted.
- Companions: Due to space constraints, candidates are strongly advised to refrain from bringing companions to the interviews. There will be no waiting area for those who are not attending the interviews.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Nationality: Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents (SPRs)
- Age: Minimum 18 years old (due to legislative requirements)
- Personality: Pleasant, outgoing, and service-oriented – someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people
- Language Skills: Fluent in English with strong communication skills for servicing international customers
- Height Requirements:
- Females: Minimum 1.58m (to carry out safety and emergency procedures)
- Males: Minimum 1.65m (to carry out safety and emergency procedures)
- Education: Minimum qualification of 5 GCE 'O' Level credits (including English) or Higher Nitec and above
