What Happens on the Day?
We've designed the recruitment day to give you a genuine feel for the role and for us to see your natural abilities shine. Here's how the day unfolds:
Welcome & Introduction: We'll kick things off by introducing you to life as Emirates Cabin Crew—what the role truly involves, what it's like living in Dubai, and the incredible opportunities that come with representing a global airline.
Interactive Assessments: You'll take part in engaging group activities alongside other candidates, followed by an online test at the venue. This isn't about tripping you up—it's about seeing how you collaborate, communicate, and carry yourself.
Final Interview: For those who progress, we'll sit down one-on-one. This is our chance to understand your story, your motivation, and why you believe Emirates is the right fit for your future.
Please Remember: Bring a valid ID for entry, and have digital copies of the following documents ready on your phone (just in case we need to take a look):
- Your updated CV in English
- Your education certificate
- A PDF copy of your passport
Are You the One We're Looking For?
We're searching for individuals with warmth, presence, and a natural ability to connect. To be considered, you'll need to meet these essential criteria:
- Be at least 21 years old with a minimum high school (Grade 12) education
- Be fluent in English, both written and spoken (additional languages are a lovely bonus)
- Have at least one year of experience in hospitality or customer service
- Stand at least 160cm tall and be able to reach 212cm
- Have no visible tattoos while in Emirates cabin crew uniform
- Be eligible to meet the UAE's employment visa requirements

Your Earnings
As a Grade II (Economy Class) Cabin Crew member, your pay is structured to reward your time in the air. It includes:
- A fixed basic salary of AED 4,980 per month
- Flying pay of AED 69.60 per hour (based on an average of 80–100 flight hours monthly)
- An average monthly total of approximately AED 11,244 (around USD 3,061*)
*These figures are approximate and provided as a guide. Meal allowances for overnight stops are credited the following month, and hotel accommodation with transport is always provided during layovers.
Your Lifestyle Benefits:

- Live in Dubai: Enjoy complimentary furnished accommodation with utilities included. You'll share with colleagues of the same gender—each having your own bedroom while sharing kitchen and living spaces.
- Stay Connected: After probation, you can request to move apartments (subject to availability). Family visits are welcome—up to two family members can stay with you twice a year for a maximum of 30 days each visit.
- Travel in Comfort: Company transport is provided to and from work and the Training College.
- Time to Recharge: You'll receive 30 calendar days of leave annually, plus a free ticket to your home country each year (which can be swapped for any Emirates destination after three years of service).
- Peace of Mind: Comprehensive medical and dental care is available at designated Emirates Clinics. You're also covered by 24/7 worldwide life and personal accident insurance, plus an end-of-service benefit upon completing your contract.
