    Description

Ryanair is seeking the next generation of cabin crew members to join its team. Flying with Ryanair comes with numerous perks, including discounted staff travel to over 230 destinations across the extensive network, a structured 5/3 roster pattern, complimentary training, and industry-leading pay.

The journey to becoming a certified cabin crew member begins with an intensive 6-week training course that equips candidates with essential skills for ensuring top-tier safety and customer service. The course involves consistent studying with periodic exams and concludes with Supernumerary flights, followed by receiving the coveted Cabin Crew Wings.

As a part of the Ryanair Group's cabin crew, you will experience the company’s vibrant culture from the very first day, with countless career development opportunities, from progressing to a Number 1 position or Base Supervisor to advancing to a Regional Manager or even aspiring to become the Director of Inflight.

Although life as Cabin Crew is exciting and fulfilling, it is also a challenging role where safety is the utmost priority. Crew members must be adaptable, operating early and late shifts, reporting for duty as early as 5 a.m., and sometimes returning home at midnight on later shifts. Those who are not morning-oriented should consider this commitment before applying.
