Welcome to the Norwegian Family – Cabin Crew in Stockholm!
More Than a Uniform. More Than a Job.
At Norwegian, we believe that what happens behind the uniform truly matters. Our cabin crew aren't just service professionals—they're nurses, psychologists, nannies, chefs, and security guards, often all within a single flight. When you join our team in Stockholm, you're stepping into a role that asks a lot from you but gives back even more.
Yes, this job comes with long days, shift work, weekends, and public holidays. You'll encounter every kind of situation imaginable at 30,000 feet. But you'll also walk away knowing that your presence, your calm, and your care made someone's journey safer and more memorable.
You'll Love This Role If:
- You genuinely thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments where no two days look the same
- You enjoy connecting with people and take pride in delivering outstanding service
- You stay calm under pressure and can think on your feet when things don't go as planned
- You bring positivity to every interaction and love being part of a close-knit team
- You're genuinely excited by the adventure of travel and new experiences
- You're willing to work a rotating schedule that includes early mornings, late nights, weekends, public holidays, and peak travel periods
What We're Looking For?
Whether you're brand new to aviation or already have experience, our comprehensive training will prepare you for success. You'll earn your official certification and join a family of over 2,500 cabin crew members who will welcome you with open arms.
You're an ideal candidate if:
- You have a clean criminal record
- You preferably already hold a Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA)
- You have a valid medical certificate or can obtain one
- You hold an unrestricted European passport offering visa-free entry to our destinations
- You have a valid work permit for Sweden
- You can pass a drug and alcohol test prior to hiring
- You are over 20 years old
- You are at least 160 cm tall or can reach 210 cm on tiptoes
- You know how to swim
- You are preferably fluent in a Scandinavian language
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
- You live within 90 minutes of Stockholm base or are willing to relocate
- You have no tattoos on your face or neck—any tattoos on your hands or behind your ear must not exceed 1.5 cm in size
- You have completed upper secondary school (academic or practical track) or an equivalent level of education. In some cases, relevant service industry experience can compensate for formal schooling
If Selected, You'll Need to Obtain:
- An approved medical certificate, including intoxication and alcohol testing
- An approved background check to secure your admission card
- Successful completion of our full training course
