Join Our Family in the Sky: Cabin Crew Opportunities in Stockholm!

At Norwegian, we do things differently. We're not just an airline – we're a family. And right now, we're looking for new permanent members to join our close-knit cabin crew team based in Stockholm. If you believe that travel should be accessible, enjoyable, and memorable, and you love the idea of making every passenger feel welcome and safe, then your place might be with us.

For us, being cabin crew means wearing many hats. One moment you're a friendly host, the next a reassuring guide, a problem-solver, or a calming presence. It's a role that demands heart, resilience, and a genuine love for people. Whether you're taking your first step into aviation or bringing experience from another field, our renowned training program will equip you with everything you need to succeed and earn your official certification. You'll then join over 2,500 fellow crew members who make up our proud, supportive family across the skies.

Is This the Adventure for You?

This role is perfect for someone who finds energy in variety and human connection. You'll love it here if:

    • You excel in dynamic, fast-paced environments where no two days are the same.
    • You get genuine satisfaction from providing warm, outstanding service.
    • You remain cool, calm, and resourceful, even when situations change quickly.
    • You're a natural team player who brings a positive attitude to every shift.
    • You're thrilled by the prospect of travel and new experiences across Europe.
    • You're fully flexible and willing to work a rotating schedule that includes early starts, late finishes, weekends, and holidays.

What You Bring to Our Family?

We're looking for candidates who are as reliable and professional as they are friendly. Our ideal new family member meets the following criteria:

    • You hold an unrestricted European passport allowing visa-free travel to all our destinations.
    • You possess a valid work permit for Sweden or are eligible to obtain one.
    • You are over 20 years of age and are at least 160 cm tall (or can reach 210 cm on tiptoes).
    • You have a clean criminal record and can pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
    • You are a confident swimmer.
    • You communicate with full professional fluency in English, both written and spoken. Fluency in a Scandinavian language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish) is a strong advantage.
    • You live within a 90-minute commute of Stockholm Arlanda Airport or are willing to relocate.
    • Any tattoos are not visible on the face or neck; tattoos on the hands or behind the ear are small and discreet (not exceeding 1.5 cm).
    • You have completed upper secondary school or have equivalent qualifications or relevant service industry experience.
    • A valid Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA) and medical certificate are preferred, but we will guide successful candidates through obtaining these.
