Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, with any prior customer-focused experience being an added advantage. No previous experience in aviation is necessary, as TUI provides comprehensive in-house training led by passionate and experienced instructors in an inspiring environment.
You should be motivated to complete training covering Safety & Emergency Procedures, First Aid, Service, and Commercial Skills and apply this knowledge effectively in your role. Excellent communication skills are essential, with proficiency in English and either Dutch or French, along with the ability to adapt your communication style as needed.
A successful candidate will demonstrate teamwork and initiative, capable of assessing situations, identifying solutions, making decisions, and staying composed under pressure. Flexibility and a positive attitude are also key, as the role involves adapting to different scenarios, destinations, and customer interactions every day.
