About the Role
As a Cabin Crew member with Air Arabia, you are more than just the face of the airline—you are our ambassador. Your role is to make every journey safe, comfortable, and memorable while upholding the highest standards of customer service. From welcoming passengers onboard to ensuring their safety in all circumstances, you’ll play a key part in shaping the Air Arabia experience.
What You’ll Be Doing?
- Attending pre-flight briefings, ensuring you are fully prepared, fit, and properly groomed for each flight.
- Delivering safety demonstrations, supporting passengers throughout the journey, and managing any onboard emergencies or first aid situations.
- Providing warm, attentive customer service—from helping with boarding to responding to special requests and assisting passengers with different needs.
- Driving onboard sales by promoting meals, duty-free products, and Air Arabia’s charity program, while handling transactions securely and efficiently.
- Performing pre- and post-flight checks to ensure catering, supplies, and equipment are in place, and reporting any issues promptly.
- Supporting the Cabin Supervisor and crew in maintaining the smooth operation of the flight and taking on leadership duties when required.
- Keeping your skills sharp and your knowledge current through regular safety and service training.
What We’re Looking For?
- Age: 20–33 years
- Education: High school diploma or higher; a diploma in Travel/Tourism is a plus
- Languages: Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are always a benefit
- Experience: Prior cabin crew or customer service experience in aviation, travel, or hospitality is a plus, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Height: Minimum 160 cm (female), 170 cm (male), with weight proportional to height and age
- Other Requirements:
- Clear complexion and no visible tattoos while in uniform
- Medically fit, able to swim with the help of a flotation device
- Flexible with shift work and extended hours
- Professional, adaptable, and committed to teamwork
