As part of our growing team, we’re looking for experienced Senior Cabin Crew Members (SCCM) who are passionate about safety, teamwork, and creating exceptional passenger experiences.

Base locations: Leipzig, Nuremberg, or Hamburg.
What You’ll Be Doing?
As a senior member of our cabin crew, you’ll set the tone for onboard excellence and lead by example. You’ll manage the team in the cabin, oversee safety and service procedures, and ensure every flight reflects Marabu’s warm, professional spirit.
Your responsibilities include:
- Leading and coordinating the cabin crew during each flight to maintain smooth and safe operations
- Mentoring and supporting junior crew members to foster teamwork and skill development
- Delivering a premium passenger experience through thoughtful service and attention to detail
- Ensuring safety and compliance by conducting preflight checks, managing in-flight procedures, and handling any irregular situations calmly and professionally
- Driving onboard sales and promotions to enhance the customer journey and support commercial goals
- Acting as a communication link between the flight deck and cabin, managing reports and documentation as needed
Who We’re Looking For?
We’re seeking confident, professional leaders who combine experience with empathy — people who take pride in mentoring others and making every passenger feel cared for.
To join our team, you’ll need:
- To be at least 18 years old and 158 cm or taller
- A secondary school diploma or equivalent education
- A valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation
- The right to live and work in Germany and the EU
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); all levels of German are welcome, and we encourage a willingness to improve your German skills over time
- A valid aeromedical certificate and ability to swim unaided
- At least 12 months of experience as a Senior Cabin Crew Member on Airbus aircraft
- Official SCCM rank verification and block hours confirmation from your current employer’s HR department
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A professional, reliable attitude and the ability to reach your assigned base within 60 minutes
