    Description

    Marabu Airlines is looking for a Senior Cabin Crew Member / Flight Attendant to join its team in Nuremberg. This role offers the opportunity to provide a high standard of service and ensure a comfortable travel experience for passengers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    As a Senior Cabin Crew Member, you will lead and support cabin crew to ensure smooth in-flight operations. You will guide and mentor Cabin Crew Members (CCMs) to enhance their skills and professional growth while setting high service standards to maximize customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include conducting pre-flight checks, managing emergency procedures, and ensuring compliance with aviation regulations. You will also contribute to in-flight sales and promotional activities while serving as the key link between the flight crew and cabin crew, managing reports and incident documentation.


    Requirements

    The successful candidate must be at least 18 years old and have completed secondary education or an equivalent qualification. Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required, while German skills are an advantage but not mandatory; a willingness to learn basic German over time is appreciated. Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience as a Senior Cabin Crew Member (SCCM) and prior experience on A320 aircraft. Official SCCM rank documentation from a previous employer’s HR department is mandatory for this position. A valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation is required. Personal skills include strong communication, reliability, a professional demeanor, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Minimum height requirement is 158 cm. Candidates must have a valid aeronautical medical certificate and the ability to swim unassisted. EU citizenship with a valid EU passport is required, along with a clean criminal record.
