How Our Invitation-Only Process Works
To be considered, candidates must complete an online application. Those who are selected will receive an invitation to attend one of our exclusive recruitment events.
Here's what you can expect on the day:
- Welcome & Introduction: You'll meet our recruitment team, who will walk you through the role of Emirates Cabin Crew, what training involves, and what life looks like in Dubai.
- Assessment Activities: You'll take part in engaging group activities followed by an online test—all designed to help us see your natural strengths and how you collaborate with others.
- Final Interview: We'll sit down with you to learn more about your story, your motivation, and why you're excited to join our team.
What to Bring: Please ensure you have a valid ID for entry, and have digital copies of the following documents ready on your phone:
- An up-to-date CV in English
- Your educational certificate
- A copy of your passport (PDF format)
Are You the One We're Looking For?
We're searching for individuals who bring a natural warmth, a team-first attitude, and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences. To be considered, you'll need to meet the following:
- Be fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
- Have a personality that shines—genuine, approachable, and collaborative
- Stand at least 160cm tall and be able to reach 212cm
- Be eligible to meet UAE employment visa requirements
- Be at least 21 years old
- Have a minimum of one year of hospitality or customer service experience
- Hold at least a high school (Grade 12) education
- Have no visible tattoos while in Emirates Cabin Crew uniform
What Awaits You When You Join Emirates?

Your Earnings:
As a Grade II (Economy Class) Cabin Crew member, your salary is made up of three components:
- A fixed basic salary of AED 4,980 per month
- Flying pay of AED 69.60 per hour (based on an average of 80–100 flight hours per month)
- Overseas meal allowances, credited the month following your flights
Your average monthly earnings come to approximately AED 11,244 (around USD 3,061). Hotel accommodation and airport transport are provided by the company.
Generous Travel Benefits:
- Enjoy concessional travel tickets on Emirates, making it easy to explore new destinations beyond your layovers.
- Staff travel benefits on other airlines are also available through interline agreements.
Furnished Accommodation in Dubai:
- Your accommodation is provided free of charge, including utilities such as water and electricity.
- You'll share a two- or three-bedroom apartment with colleagues of the same gender. Each crew member has their own bedroom, while kitchens and living areas are shared.
- After completing your probation, you may request a transfer to another apartment, subject to availability.
- Visitors are not permitted past 1:00 AM unless they are Emirates crew members. You may host up to two family members at a time, twice per year, for a maximum of 30 days per visit.
Transport & Commuting:
Company-provided transport is available to and from the airport and the Training College, making your daily commute seamless.
Leave & Travel:
- You'll receive 30 calendar days of annual leave.
- A free annual leave ticket is provided to your country of origin. After three years of service, this can be exchanged for travel to any Emirates destination.
Medical, Insurance & End of Service Benefits:

- A non-contributory end-of-service benefit (a lump sum based on your salary scale) is provided upon completion of your contract.
