Do You Have the Right Profile?
We're looking for candidates who embody professionalism, resilience, and a genuine passion for people. To qualify, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 23 years of age and possess a high school diploma or GED.
- Be fluent in English (bilingual abilities are a valuable asset).
- Hold a valid U.S. driver's license, a current passport, and be authorized to work in the United States.
- Successfully pass a comprehensive 10-year background check, drug screening, and fingerprinting.
- Commit to and successfully complete our rigorous, paid 4-week Initial Flight Attendant Training Program.
- Be willing and able to work a highly flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended duty days.
- Reside within one hour of Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD).
- Meet the physical requirements of the role, including the ability to lift 75 lbs., reach overhead bins, and operate aircraft doors.
