Fly Play Europe is seeking experienced, service-driven professionals to join its team as Senior Cabin Crew Members (SCCM). This role offers the opportunity to lead and support the cabin crew while ensuring exceptional service and safety standards on board.
As a Senior Cabin Crew member, you will be responsible for ensuring passenger safety and comfort while providing leadership and support to your fellow crew members. In this role, you will set the benchmark for teamwork, professionalism, and outstanding in-flight service, fostering a positive and efficient working environment.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have excellent English skills, with additional languages considered an advantage. Must hold an EASA Cabin Crew Attestation and have a minimum of one year of flight experience. Candidates must pass the assessment process, complete training successfully, and pass a medical examination. The role requires a natural team player with a great personality, outstanding customer service and communication skills, strong problem-solving and resourcefulness skills, and adaptability to work a shift roster. A passion for travel and meeting new people is essential. Additionally, candidates must pass a criminal background check, be able to swim 25 meters unaided, and preferably hold an Airbus Type Certificate.
