What We're Looking For?
We're searching for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals who bring the right combination of skills, attitude, and presence. To be considered, you should meet the following requirements:
- Education: Minimum High School education
- Language skills: Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken). Additional languages are a definite advantage
- Experience: Previous experience in the service industry is preferred but not essential—we're open to passionate newcomers
- Professional approach: A customer-oriented mindset with the ability to stay composed in challenging situations
- Interpersonal skills: Excellent ability to work effectively with diverse teams and serve customers from various cultural backgrounds
- Physical requirements: Ability to meet the physical and medical standards for the role, including safety and emergency procedure requirements
- Swimming ability: Must be able to swim
- Grooming standards: Ability to meet grooming and uniform standards in line with Gulf Air's image and service quality requirements
