Gulf Air is looking for International Flight Attendants to ensure passenger safety, comfort, and satisfaction. As the front-line representatives of the airline, Flight Attendants play a key role in projecting the image and culture of Gulf Air while building customer confidence and loyalty through exceptional service.
Requirements
The successful candidate must be between 21 and 30 years old and have completed secondary school education. Good English communication skills, both written and spoken, are required. Experience in the service industry is an advantage. The candidate should have a pleasant personality and manner, with the ability to work calmly under pressure, and be customer service orientated with the ability to deal with multicultural organizations and customers. A minimum height of 158 cm is required, with weight proportionate to height. The candidate must be able to swim at least 50 meters unaided and have no visible tattoos or scars.
Benefits and Perks
Gulf Air offers a one-year contract renewable subject to crew performance, with an annual leave entitlement of 36 days. The average gross salary is approximately USD $2,380 per month. Additional benefits include meal allowances during training, duty day allowances per day, and productivity allowances calculated per hour from sign-in to sign-off. A 1% unemployment government tax applies. Employees also receive ID tickets on the Gulf Air network, ID tickets with partner airlines, and ticket benefits for family members in accordance with company policy. Medical insurance is also provided.
