Silver Air Private Jets is searching for a polished, proactive, and service-driven Cabin Attendant to join our Van Nuys-based team. This role is primarily focused on Part 91 flights, with some Part 135 operations as well. If you already know the rhythm of corporate aviation—anticipating needs before they're spoken, plating fine dining at altitude, and maintaining a flawless cabin with quiet efficiency—you'll feel right at home with us.
You won't just be a crew member. You'll be the reason our Guests remember their flight long after they've landed.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Silver Air Cabin Attendant, you'll take full ownership of the inflight experience. From the moment the aircraft is prepped to the final farewell, you'll ensure every detail reflects our commitment to safety, luxury, and seamless service.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Crewing both Part 91 and Silver Air Part 135 flights as scheduled
- Delivering exceptional customer service by anticipating Guest needs before they even ask
- Clearly and warmly explaining available amenities and their use to Guests
- Greeting and bidding farewell to Guests with a pleasant, outgoing presence that sets the tone for the entire journey
- Performing visual inspections of the galley, cabin, and crew areas before takeoff, and notifying the flight crew when all areas are secure
- Keeping the aircraft interior spotless before, during, and after every flight
- Following directives and working collaboratively with your flight crew as a true team player
- Adhering to the standards outlined in the Cabin Attendant Handbook
- Ordering catering, procuring flight basics, and arranging Guest-specific needs for each trip
- Maintaining a fully stocked, impeccably organized cabin to the Silver Air standard
- Ensuring every activity is managed with safety and compliance as your highest priorities
- Potentially assisting with initial cabin setup as needed
What You Bring to the Cabin?
We're looking for someone who already understands the rhythm of high-end private aviation. Here's what we need to see:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Hands-on experience with high-end food and beverage service for VVIP clients
- One to two years of experience as a Corporate Cabin Attendant preferred
- Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Resourceful problem-solving abilities—because things change quickly in private aviation
- Detailed organizational skills and strong time management
- Solid Food & Beverage knowledge, including preparation, plating, display, and service
- The ability to read your clients and adapt your service style to their preferences
- Excellent people skills and a warm, intuitive approach
- Immaculate personal presentation at all times
