Your Mission: To Curate an Unforgettable Journey
As the sole cabin professional onboard, you are entrusted with the complete guest experience. Your role blends meticulous preparation with graceful execution, requiring an intuitive sense of service and flawless operational knowledge.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional, proactive service by anticipating guest needs before they arise, ensuring a flawless and personalized journey from pre-flight to post-flight.
- Conducting comprehensive pre-flight inspections of the cabin, galley, and crew areas to ensure absolute readiness, cleanliness, and organization, and communicating this status clearly to the flight crew.
- Collaborating seamlessly with the flight crew as a unified team, upholding all protocols and standards outlined in our Cabin Attendant Handbook.
- Expertly managing all aspects of flight catering—from order customization to exquisite plating and service—ensuring each presentation meets luxury standards.
- Maintaining a fully stocked, perfectly organized cabin, with all guest amenities and necessities tailored specifically to the trip manifest.
- Upholding the highest priority of safety and compliance in all cabin activities and guest interactions.
- Assisting with the initial cabin setup to guarantee a pristine, luxury environment for every departure.
The Ideal Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of five years of direct experience as a Corporate Cabin Attendant within Part 135/91 flight operations. This specific experience is non-negotiable.
- Deep, practical expertise in high-end food and beverage preparation, plating, and formal service techniques.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with an innate ability to read guests and deliver a discreet, personalized service experience.
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities, relentless attention to detail, and superior organizational and time-management skills.
- A commitment to a professional appearance and demeanor that aligns with the expectations of a luxury brand.
- The ability to live within a 2-hour commuting distance of Van Nuys Airport (VNY) for on-call operational readiness.
- (A college degree is advantageous but not a substitute for the required operational experience.)
Compensation & Engagement Terms
This is a contract, on-call position. Compensation is structured to attract top-tier talent and is reflective of your expertise, flexibility, and the critical standards of this role.
- Daily Rate: $800 – $1,000 per day.
- Compensation Philosophy: Our offered rate is competitive and commensurate with experience. Candidates who possess the full five years of required Part 135/91 cabin experience, meet a high percentage of our qualifications, and demonstrate exceptional professionalism and adaptability in their presentation may be considered for compensation at the top of the stated range. As a contract role, it does not include the full-time employee benefits offered to Silver Air staff.
