What You'll Be Doing?
As the face of Jet Aviation onboard, you'll take full ownership of the cabin experience. From the moment you step aboard, you'll be responsible for every detail—safety, comfort, catering, presentation, and personalized passenger care. You'll work closely with the flight crew, act as the bridge between our passengers and the cockpit, and ensure every journey is seamless, sophisticated, and unforgettable.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Upholding the highest cabin safety standards as outlined in the Flight Operations Manual, working under the authority of the Aircraft Commander
- Delivering truly personalized, seamless VVIP inflight service that makes each passenger feel seen and valued
- Serving as the primary point of contact between passengers and the flight crew, ensuring smooth communication and an outstanding travel experience from start to finish
- Joining pre-flight briefings with the Commander to receive all operational and passenger updates
- Conducting thorough, methodical checks of safety equipment, cabin equipment, galley supplies, and catering before every departure
- Flagging any discrepancies or deficiencies to the Commander immediately so corrective action can be taken
- Executing all inflight safety and service duties in strict compliance with company procedures, the Flight Operations Manual, and Air Navigation Order regulations
- Maintaining impeccable cabin presentation, cleanliness, and ambience throughout every flight
- Coordinating aircraft re-catering and cabin preparation for subsequent flights
- Ensuring all cabin interiors and safety equipment are properly arranged and fully operational
- Carrying yourself with the utmost professionalism, discretion, courtesy, and attention to detail while serving high-profile passengers
What You Bring to the Role?
We're looking for someone who doesn't just understand luxury service but lives it. To be considered for this position, you should have:
- Previous experience in private jet or corporate aviation operations (this is highly advantageous)
- Extensive commercial Business Class experience as a minimum requirement
- Prior First Class service experience (a strong added advantage)
- At least five consecutive years of experience with an international airline
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and delivering premium passenger experiences
- A highly polished, professional, and service-driven demeanor
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently with confidence
