Jet Aviation is on the lookout for a dedicated and highly committed Cabin Attendant based in Kowloon City. This is an exciting opportunity to join a world-class team, delivering and facilitating an outstanding and seamless VVIP experience to all customers on board. The Executive Cabin Attendant will be responsible for all aspects of aircraft preparation, catering, cabin appearance and cleanliness, service delivery, and managing onboard equipment and stock.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Cabin Attendant, you will ensure, under the overall authority and responsibility of the commander, cabin safety as outlined in the FOM, including the safety of passengers and the safety of the cabin load and galleys. You will form the link between the passengers and the flight crew while providing an optimum level of comfort and service for the company’s customers. Through your courtesy, efficiency, thoughtfulness, and readiness to assist, you will directly shape the company’s image. You must participate in the commander’s cabin crew briefing as per the FOM, receiving all pertinent information for the individual flight. You shall check the safety equipment, other equipment, and catering equipment, reporting any deficiencies immediately to the commander for further action. You will primarily conduct the prescribed passenger services and fulfill safety-related tasks according to the FOM. Responsibilities also include ensuring the proper cleaning of the aircraft cabin, arranging re-catering for the next flight, checking the cabin interior, and rearranging safety equipment when necessary. In addition to these duties, you must comply with the regulations outlined in the FOM and the Air Navigation Order (ANO), and represent Jet Aviation both internally and externally, including with industry groups, regulatory bodies, and the General Dynamics network.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have a minimum of five consecutive years of work experience with an international airline, with private jet experience considered an advantage. Extensive commercial Business Class experience is essential, and previous experience in Corporate Aviation or First Class would be beneficial. Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills are required. The candidate must be results-driven with high personal accountability, demonstrate strong initiative and self-direction, and embody personal values that align with Jet Aviation’s core principles of trust, honesty, alignment, and transparency.
