The Role
As a VIP Flight Attendant on our Challenger 850 fleet, you’ll take responsibility for both passenger safety and luxury service. You’ll ensure that every guest feels comfortable and cared for while managing the finer details that make private travel exceptional. Beyond hospitality, you’ll also oversee stock, inventory, and concierge reporting—keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes so that passengers experience only ease and excellence.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the highest standards of cabin cleanliness and readiness before, during, and after each flight
- Prepare the aircraft with all necessary catering, amenities, and supplies tailored to guest preferences
- Greet passengers warmly, assist with seating and luggage, and provide attentive support throughout boarding and disembarkation
- Deliver detailed safety briefings and demonstrate the use of all emergency equipment
- Plan, prepare, and serve fine food and beverages with precision and care
- Remain knowledgeable about the aircraft, flight details, and itinerary so you can confidently share information with passengers
- Administer first aid when required and coordinate medical support if necessary
- Document cabin defects, passenger preferences, and concierge considerations in post-flight reports
- Represent AirX Charter with professionalism, discretion, and intuitive, world-class service
What We’re Looking For?
We’re seeking experienced flight attendants who bring both technical expertise and a natural flair for VIP service. Ideally, you have:
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Knowledge of an additional language such as Arabic, Russian, German, French, Italian, or Spanish (a strong advantage)
- A polished, professional appearance and a warm, engaging personality
- Prior experience as a Flight Attendant, preferably in VIP or business aviation on aircraft such as the Challenger 850 or Legacy 600/650
- Experience on long-haul flights, including overnight operations
