LATAM Airlines is looking for Cabin Crew Members to join the Inflight Service Management team in Santiago, Chile. Candidates must reside in Santiago, and foreign nationals must hold permanent residency in Chile along with a valid passport. Key Responsibilities:
As a Cabin Crew Member, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with onboard safety regulations in line with company and regulatory standards, taking care of passengers and team members at all times by responding to their needs as if they were your own while maintaining a hospitable attitude and promoting customer loyalty, and encouraging constant growth, care, social well-being, and continuous improvement for both the department and the company.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have completed secondary education at a minimum, possess a basic or intermediate level of English, with Portuguese considered a plus, and have at least 1 year of work experience in service-related roles, customer service, and/or sales.
