We are seeking Cabin Crew members to join our Inflight Service Management team in Santiago de Chile. This is an opportunity to become an ambassador of Chilean hospitality, representing LATAM's values across the globe while building a career with purpose.

Are You Ready to Take Off?
We're looking for candidates who combine professional polish with authentic warmth. To be considered, you should meet the following:
- Completed secondary education (minimum requirement).
- Portuguese is a welcome advantage—our network across South America values bilingual crew.
- At least one year of experience in service, customer service, or sales—we value those who understand what it means to truly care for others.
- Basic to intermediate English proficiency. If you understood this description, you're already on the right track!
- You must reside in Santiago, Chile. Foreign nationals must hold permanent residency and a valid Chilean passport.
