SPARFELL is seeking a professional and experienced Corporate Flight Attendant to join our Global 7500 operations based in Geneva. This full-time position is tailored for individuals residing in Switzerland who thrive in a high-end, customer-focused aviation environment. The successful candidate will be dedicated to delivering exceptional onboard service while ensuring the safety and comfort of our valued passengers. Operating on a 20 days on / 10 days off schedule, you will represent SPARFELL’s commitment to excellence and discretion across a variety of international missions. Remuneration will be offered based on qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of passengers throughout all phases of flight. Deliver outstanding inflight service tailored to an ultra-high-net-worth clientele. Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the cabin before, during, and after each flight. Communicate effectively with the owner, crew, and ground teams to align service with expectations. Uphold strict confidentiality and high service standards in accordance with corporate aviation protocols. Respond to emergencies calmly and professionally, managing medical or safety incidents as necessary. Perform preflight preparations including inventory, catering, and cabin presentation. Represent SPARFELL with discretion and professionalism both onboard and offboard.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Flight Attendant, preferably within corporate or luxury aviation. In-depth knowledge of aircraft protocols, emergency procedures, and safety regulations. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with high attention to detail. Experience in high-end hospitality or VIP service is a strong advantage. Must be flexible with working hours, travel, and extended periods away from home. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Must reside in Switzerland. Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic flight schedules.
