We are currently seeking a Corporate Flight Attendant to join our Global 7500 operation. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a luxury environment, enjoys providing thoughtful, personalized service, and takes pride in ensuring every journey runs seamlessly from takeoff to landing.
About the Role
As a Corporate Flight Attendant with Sparfell, you’ll be the face of our service in the sky. You’ll ensure each guest feels cared for, comfortable, and safe throughout their flight. From meticulous preflight preparation and cabin organization to elegant inflight service, your eye for detail and passion for hospitality will reflect the standards Sparfell is known for.
This is a full-time position based in Geneva, operating on a 20 days on / 10 days off roster for a private owner.
What You’ll Do?
- Deliver exceptional, discreet, and anticipatory service tailored to the needs of each passenger
- Oversee all aspects of the cabin, from catering and presentation to safety and cleanliness
- Coordinate preflight preparations, ensuring every detail meets Sparfell’s standards of excellence
- Conduct safety briefings and respond calmly and professionally in any inflight situation
- Manage inventory, provisioning, and post-flight reporting with precision and efficiency
- Represent Sparfell’s values and commitment to quality in every interaction
What We’re Looking For?
- Must reside in Switzerland
- Proven experience as a Flight Attendant, ideally within business or corporate aviation
- Strong understanding of inflight safety and emergency procedures
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle changing schedules and demanding situations with flexibility and grace
- A background in luxury hospitality or high-end customer service is a strong advantage
