    Key Responsibilities:

    As a Flight Attendant, you will enforce all Transport Canada policies and procedures to ensure compliance with PAL Airlines and Air Operator standards, demonstrate and explain emergency protocols to ensure passenger safety throughout flights, and communicate important flight information and updates to all passengers and crew. You will deliver high-quality customer service standards throughout all phases of the travel experience, assist with the resolution of unexpected operational challenges and passenger concerns, and successfully work both independently and within a team to fulfill operational needs. You will represent PAL Airlines with professionalism and respect to all travelers and provide first aid and medical assistance when required.


    Requirements

    The successful candidate must be at least 19 years of age, with the ability to speak both French and English. Candidates should demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, communication, time management, and customer service skills, with preference given to those with previous customer service experience. Completion of the Flight Attendant Academy or the In-flight Institute Online Training Program – CT201 prior to commencing employment is required. Candidates must be available to travel away from home for extended periods of time and must successfully complete an initial 5-week full-time training program. Flexibility to work all shifts and adapt to fluctuations in shift times due to operational or unforeseen situations is essential. The ability to travel within the US without restrictions and possession of a valid passport or Permanent Residency Card with the necessary visas to work wherever PAL Airlines operates is required. Additionally, candidates must be able to maintain an Airport Restricted Area Identification Card, which necessitates a 5-year traceable history, a clear criminal record, and Canadian citizenship or permanent residency. A criminal record check prior to employment is also mandatory.
