Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain safety and regulatory compliance by enforcing all Transport Canada and company procedures
- Conduct pre-flight safety demonstrations and communicate clearly with passengers during all phases of the flight
- Deliver attentive, professional customer service before, during, and after each flight
- Assist passengers and crew in resolving concerns and managing unexpected challenges
- Administer first aid when required and ensure the wellbeing of everyone on board
- Contribute to team operations while also working independently when needed
- Represent PAL Airlines with professionalism at all times
Requirements
- At least 19 years of age (in line with Canadian liquor laws)
- Able to travel to the U.S. without restrictions and hold a valid passport or PR card with applicable visas
- Eligible for an Airport Restricted Area Pass (requires 5-year background check and clean criminal record)
- Bilingual in English and French
- Completed the Flight Attendant Academy or CT201 Online Training Program (In-flight Institute)
- Strong background in customer service preferred
- Calm under pressure with excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Available for extended periods of travel
- Willing and able to complete full-time initial training (5 weeks)
- Flexible with shift schedules and operational needs
