PAL Airlines is inviting dedicated and service-hearted individuals to join our team as Flight Attendants in Halifax, Montreal, and St. John's. As a proud Air Canada Express carrier, we're at the heart of connecting communities across Eastern Canada. This partnership isn't just expanding our network—it's creating dynamic career paths for people like you who believe that exceptional regional travel is built on safety, warmth, and genuine care.

If you're looking for more than a job, but a role where you become a vital part of someone's journey, we encourage you to apply. Come help us deliver the award-winning service that keeps our passengers returning flight after flight.

Your Role: Safety Ambassador and Heart of the Journey!

As the face of PAL Airlines in the cabin, you are the cornerstone of our passengers' experience. Your primary duty is to ensure everyone's safety with unwavering attention, while also creating a friendly, comfortable atmosphere from boarding to arrival. You'll be trained to handle any situation with calm competence, making every flight feel secure and welcoming. In this role, no two days are the same, but your consistent professionalism and caring attitude will be what passengers remember.

A snapshot of your key responsibilities includes:

    • Ensuring the highest standards of safety by expertly enforcing all Transport Canada regulations and company procedures.
    • Confidently demonstrating safety equipment and protocols, providing clear guidance to passengers throughout the flight.
    • Delivering thoughtful, high-quality service that enhances every phase of the travel experience.
    • Acting as a calm problem-solver, assisting with operational nuances and addressing passenger needs with empathy.
    • Communicating important flight information clearly and courteously to passengers and crew alike.
    • Providing professional first aid and medical assistance whenever the situation requires.
    • Working seamlessly as part of a close-knit crew while also taking initiative when working independently.
    • Upholding the respected reputation of PAL Airlines through every interaction.

What You Bring to Our Team?

We're looking for candidates who combine a strong sense of responsibility with a natural ability to connect with people. The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:

    • Must be at least 19 years of age.
    • Be fully proficient in both English and French.
    • Possess outstanding interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
    • A background in customer service is a strong asset.
    • Hold a valid passport with the ability to travel to the U.S. without restrictions (or hold Permanent Residency with all necessary work visas).
    • Be eligible to obtain and maintain an Airport Restricted Area Identification Card, which requires a 5-year verifiable history, a clear criminal record, and Canadian Citizenship or Permanent Resident status.
    • Have the flexibility to be away from home for extended periods and to work variable shifts, including adapting to last-minute schedule changes.
    • Successfully complete our mandatory 5-week, full-time initial training program.
