What the Role Involves?
From pre-flight preparation to landing, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and comfort of every passenger. You’ll receive full training to handle a wide range of situations with confidence, while mastering the art of Saudi-inspired “Hafawa” hospitality. No two days are alike — one week you might be greeting guests flying to Asia, the next you could be waking up in Europe. Every journey is a new adventure. And yes, you’ll get to do it all while wearing our stylish new uniform designed to turn heads worldwide.

Who We’re Looking For?
We’re looking for individuals who bring warmth, professionalism, and a spirit of adventure. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re someone who naturally connects with people and can balance safety with outstanding service. To join our team, you’ll need:
- Age requirement: 21 years or older.
- Education: Minimum of a high school certificate.
- Language skills: Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience: At least one year in hospitality, customer service, or another guest-facing role.
- Professional appearance: No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.
- Height & reach: Minimum 160 cm tall with a reach of at least 212 cm.
- Swimming ability: Confident swimmer, able to manage emergencies in water.
- Visa & relocation: Eligible for a Saudi employment visa and willing to relocate to Riyadh.
