About the Role
As a Corporate Flight Attendant at TAG Aviation, your role will be much more than ensuring meals are served on time. You’ll be at the center of the passenger experience—balancing safety, discretion, and personalized service to deliver an exceptional journey from start to finish. From assisting with preflight preparations to providing world-class inflight service and ensuring post-flight details are handled seamlessly, you’ll represent TAG Aviation’s commitment to excellence every step of the way.
What You’ll Be Doing?
- Overseeing cabin safety and comfort on every flight, with a proactive focus on passenger well-being
- Delivering tailored inflight service, including planning and serving meals and beverages with finesse
- Managing preflight and post-flight responsibilities, ensuring the aircraft is impeccably prepared
- Responding to passenger needs with discretion, professionalism, and a warm, approachable manner
- Supporting the crew with smooth operations while upholding TAG Aviation’s high standards
What We’re Looking For?
This role is best suited for a polished, experienced flight attendant who thrives in a corporate aviation setting and understands the unique demands of private clients.
You should bring:
- High level of discretion and integrity when dealing with confidential information
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
- Minimum of 3 years of cabin crew experience (corporate or commercial)
- A customer-first mindset with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to perform under pressure with professionalism and poise
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage details and anticipate needs
- Flexibility to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a close-knit team
- Legal right to live and work in Taiwan without sponsorship
