To support this, we’re looking for an Inflight Services Coordinator to join our team in Bishops Stortford. This role is ideal for someone with cabin crew or inflight service experience who thrives on organisation, problem-solving, and customer care.
What the Role Involves?
As an Inflight Services Coordinator, you’ll be the key link between our operations, commercial teams, and clients. From planning catering requirements to ensuring service standards meet safety regulations, you’ll play an essential role in making every journey seamless. You’ll also serve as a trusted point of contact for brokers and clients, adapting quickly to last-minute changes and maintaining a calm, professional approach under pressure.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating catering logistics, delivery schedules, and onboard service planning
- Ensuring galley equipment and service items meet safety and compliance standards
- Liaising with brokers and clients to deliver bespoke inflight experiences
- Managing adjustments to passenger loads, aircraft type, and airport departures
- Supporting the inflight team with documentation, reporting, and problem-solving
- Maintaining well-organised records and handling multiple priorities efficiently
What We’re Looking For?
We’re seeking someone with strong inflight or hospitality experience who has an eye for detail and a natural ability to deliver outstanding service. The ideal candidate will have:
- A second language and familiarity with aviation logistics (desirable)
- A proven background in customer service, with a commitment to excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to adapt under pressure and manage time effectively
- Organisational skills to keep service operations running smoothly
- Previous cabin crew or inflight services experience
- Strong knowledge of inflight service standards and safety protocols

Compensation: €33,000 – €38,000 (gross annual salary), depending on experience.
