About the Role
This isn’t your typical flight attendant position — it’s an invitation to bring warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail to every journey. You’ll be responsible for curating elegant inflight dining experiences, managing all aspects of the cabin, and ensuring every passenger feels cared for from takeoff to touchdown. When you’re not flying, you’ll handle essential administrative duties, planning, and ongoing training to keep every aspect of service up to Jet Aviation’s global standard.
What You’ll Do?
- Work closely with the Pilot in Command and flight crew to coordinate all onboard operations
- Conduct meticulous preflight checks to ensure all cabin equipment and amenities meet the highest standards
- Manage inflight service — from menu design and catering coordination to the preparation and presentation of gourmet meals and beverages
- Oversee passenger safety, comfort, and compliance during flights, delivering briefings and assistance with discretion and confidence
- Operate emergency equipment and respond effectively to any medical or safety situation
- Provide a personalized experience for passengers, assisting with seating, entertainment systems, and any special requests
- Maintain cabin organization and cleanliness, manage inventory, and source supplies for the galley and lavatory
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including catering reports, post-flight summaries, and expense tracking
- Train and mentor contract or part-time cabin crew when required, sharing your expertise and commitment to excellence
What You Bring?
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in fine dining or luxury hospitality
- Corporate Cabin Attendant recurrent training (FlightSafety International or equivalent)
- MedAire certification or current CPR/AED qualification
- A polished, professional image with exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of aviation operations and client expectations in a private jet environment
- The ability to remain calm, resourceful, and proactive under pressure
- A genuine desire to provide world-class service and represent Jet Aviation with integrity and grace
Preferred Qualifications:
- College degree and/or formal culinary training
- Experience mentoring or supervising other flight attendants
- Strong leadership and project management abilities
Physical Requirements
This position requires physical agility and stamina. You should be comfortable standing, lifting up to 25 lbs (and occasionally 50 lbs overhead), and moving efficiently in tight cabin spaces. Clear vision and focus are essential for performing inflight duties safely.
