Your Role: The Heart of Cabin Crew Operations
Based at our office on Ngoc Khanh Street, you'll work closely with the Head of the Cabin Crew Department to keep our operations running seamlessly. You are the bridge between our cabin crew and various internal departments, ensuring that every administrative detail—from training records to uniform distribution—is handled with precision and care. Your work directly enables our crew to focus on what they do best: creating memorable experiences for our passengers.
What You'll Be Responsible For?
In this role, no two days are exactly alike. You'll wear many hats, all centered on supporting our cabin crew team. Here's a closer look at what you'll do:
Crew Records & Compliance:
- Maintain and update all cabin crew employee records, including training history, qualifications, certificates, and any commendations or disciplinary actions.
- Ensure every crew member holds valid certificates and qualifications as required by the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV)—your diligence keeps us compliant and safe.
Scheduling & Time Management:
- Oversee the timekeeping system, tracking flight assignments, flight hours, working hours, days off, sick leave, and maternity leave records.
- Supervise the organization and flow of pre-flight briefings, making sure our crews are informed and prepared before every departure.
Health, Benefits & Crew Support:
- Coordinate with the HR Department and relevant partners to schedule periodic medical examinations for cabin crew.
- Act as the go-between for cabin crew and HR on matters related to labor contracts, company policies, and employee benefits.
- Manage and monitor sales records and ensure accurate commission payments to our crew.
Logistics & Events:
- Take charge of cabin crew uniforms—from issuance to distribution and inventory.
- Lead Trade Union and Youth Union activities, fostering a sense of community among our crew.
- Organize internal events, celebrations, and team-building activities for the Cabin Crew Department.
- Schedule and prepare minutes for meetings as requested by cabin crew leadership.
Flexibility & Leadership:
- When you're unavailable, ensure responsibilities are smoothly handed over to appropriately qualified team members.
- Take on additional tasks as assigned by company management—your adaptability is key.
Who We're Looking For?
We're seeking someone with the right mix of education, experience, and personal qualities to thrive in this role.
Education & Experience:
- University degree or higher.
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
Language Skills:
- Fluent English—strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities (minimum TOEIC 500 or IELTS 5.0–5.5).
