- Prioritizing guest safety and security above all, with strict adherence to all regulatory, DGCA, and company procedures.
- Embodying the Akasa Air brand with impeccable personal grooming and a professional, positive demeanor both in the air and during layovers.
- Engaging warmly with every guest, paying special attention to those needing extra care, and ensuring their comfort is your primary focus.
- Enhancing the journey through thoughtful inflight sales, sharing our offerings to add value to the travel experience.
- Taking ownership of the cabin and galley, ensuring everything from catering to cleanliness meets our high standards.
- Working seamlessly as a team with your fellow crew and the flight deck, practicing effective communication to ensure a smooth operation.

Essential Requirements:
- Indian nationality with a Valid Passport, PAN Card, and Aadhar Card.
- Age: 18-28 years for freshers; up to 35 years for experienced crew.
- Height: Minimum 155 cm (Female) / 167.5 cm (Male), with weight in proportion.
- Education: Completed 10+2 (Class 12), with fluency in English and Hindi.
- Medical Fitness: DGCA medical fitness is mandatory.
- BMI Range: 18–23 (Female) / 18–25 (Male).
- No visible tattoos while in uniform.
- Ready for a lifestyle that involves travel, long hours, and shift-based operations.

Location & Mobility
This position is based in Chandigarh with a requirement to be transferable to any of our operational crew bases across India as the network grows.
