As a vital part of our multicultural crew, you will ensure every journey is comfortable and reliable, turning routine travel into a positive experience. What You Bring to Our Crew?
We seek candidates who are not only qualified but possess the right attitude for aviation's dynamic world. To join our team, you should meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 20 years old and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is highly valued.
- Possess a safety-first mindset and the calm competence to handle any situation.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, adaptability, and a true passion for service within a multicultural team.
- Have a minimum of one year of customer service experience in aviation, hospitality, or retail.
- Stand at least 158 cm tall with a well-groomed, professional appearance and no visible tattoos while in uniform.
- Be a confident swimmer, comfortable in water while wearing a flotation device.
- Hold a valid passport and be in good health, able to pass an aero-medical examination.
- Be fully willing and ready to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
Previous international aviation experience is a strong advantage, but your proactive attitude and customer-centric approach are what will make you truly soar.

Your total monthly remuneration is designed to reward your flying time and commitment.
- Approximate Total Monthly Package: USD 3,580
- Fixed Allowances (Basic Salary + Housing + Transportation): USD 2,380 per month
- Variable Flying Pay: Approximately USD 1,200 per month (based on an average of 90 flying hours)
Training & Development:
You will begin with a comprehensive training program. A training bond of approximately USD 2,650 applies for the first year, representing our investment in your professional future.
