- A high school graduate (Grade 12 or equivalent)
- Fluency in written and spoken English—additional languages are a significant advantage
- No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform—maintaining Etihad's professional image
- Ambition, passion, and excitement for a travel lifestyle—you're ready to explore the world
- Guest-focused mindset with a genuine commitment to creating exceptional experiences
Your Career Pathway at Etihad
