What You'll Be Doing: Your Mission, Onboard and Beyond
As our VIP Service Attendant, you are the heart of the guest experience from the moment the aircraft door closes. Your role blends hospitality, organization, and a genuine passion for making people feel at ease in a luxury setting.
Here's what your day-to-day will look like:
- Creating memorable moments by delivering outstanding, personalized in-flight service to every VIP passenger onboard.
- Owning the culinary experience—from planning and thoughtfully purchasing catering, beverages, and other service items to preparing and serving everything with elegance.
- Keeping the cabin impeccable, ensuring the environment is always beautifully presented, welcoming, and perfectly stocked.
- Working closely with the flight crew during pre-flight and post-flight duties, including cabin setup, inventory checks, and seamless coordination.
What You Bring to the Role?
We're looking for someone who combines a service heart with a professional mindset. To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in a service role—ideally as a Flight Attendant or within a VIP service environment (corporate aviation, luxury hospitality, or high-end private events).
- Excellent manners, strong communication skills, and a natural ability to make guests feel genuinely cared for.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays—this is the nature of private aviation, and we support each other through it.
- A valid passport and a valid work permit for Germany.
