Join the Team: Flight Attendant – Warner Bros. Discovery (Burbank, CA)!

Warner Bros. Discovery is looking for a polished, safety-focused, and service-driven Flight Attendant to join our private aviation team based in Burbank, California. This isn't your typical corporate aviation role. You'll be part of a fast-paced environment supporting high-profile passengers who expect not just comfort, but genuine discretion, warmth, and attention to every detail. If you have at least two years of corporate flight attendant experience and thrive in a setting where no two days look the same, this could be the perfect next chapter in your career.

    What You'll Be Doing?

Your primary responsibility is straightforward but meaningful: ensure every flight is safe, secure, and seamless while delivering a level of service that feels effortless to our passengers. You'll report to the Pilot in Command during flights and to the Flight Attendant Manager for all other matters. Here's what that looks like in practice.

    Before Takeoff: Setting the Stage

Every great flight starts with preparation. You'll review the flight itinerary and passenger profiles, confirm catering, and handle any special requests. That might mean coordinating menus directly with passengers or their assistants, shopping for specific items, or preparing meals from scratch. You'll also inspect the cabin to ensure it's clean, fully stocked, and properly equipped, run through all pre-flight checklists, and stay current on every system in the aircraft, from galley controls to lighting and entertainment. Before departure, you'll lead the safety demonstration and participate in briefings and international coordination calls.

In the Air: Service That Feels Personal

Once airborne, you become the face of Warner Bros. Discovery's commitment to excellence. You'll serve meals and beverages that respect dietary needs and preferences, not just for passengers but for crew members as well. Throughout the flight, you'll keep the cabin and lavatories spotless, monitor Wi-Fi and entertainment systems, and troubleshoot quietly if anything goes off track. The goal is simple: anticipate needs before they're expressed.

    Safety Is Never Optional

You'll maintain complete working knowledge of all emergency procedures and safety equipment, ready to handle medical situations, evacuations, or any in-flight emergency with calm precision. That includes administering first aid, using an AED, performing CPR, and coordinating with inflight medical services when needed. You'll also follow food safety and hygiene protocols religiously, including bi-annual recertification.

    Clear Communication, Always

You'll serve as the communication bridge between passengers, crew members, and flight department administrators. That means updating passengers on flight status, sharing relevant information with the team, and actively participating in company meetings and ongoing training.

    After Landing: Finishing Strong

Your work doesn't end when the engines stop. After each leg and at base, you'll inspect, clean, and restock the cabin, galley, lavatories, and flight deck. You'll also ensure the aircraft is ready for any pop-up flights, provide feedback to the flight crew and management about passenger experiences, and report any cabin discrepancies to the Pilot in Command and maintenance team.

    Beyond the Flight Deck

You'll manage aircraft supply lockers and inventory across all planes and at base. That includes weekly checks of perishable goods, ordering and shopping for stock, and handling dry-cleaning and linen laundry. You'll also maintain strict confidentiality regarding passenger information and travel movements. Any duties delegated by the Chief Pilot, PIC, Flight Attendant Manager, or Head of Flight Operations are part of the role.

What You Bring to the Table?

We're looking for someone who has already proven themselves in corporate aviation. Here are the essentials:

    • At least 2 years of corporate flight attendant experience
    • An Associate's degree or higher (strongly preferred)
    • Current FACTS or Flight Safety corporate flight attendant training (preferred)
    • Aviation-specific first aid training certification from MedAire or similar
    • AED and CPR qualification
    • Food Safety certification
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • A genuine team player mentality with flexibility to take on extra responsibilities
    • Technological savvy—you're comfortable troubleshooting systems
    • Ability to manage an ever-changing schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
    • Availability to fly on short notice (must report to hangar within 3 hours on standby days)
    • Unrestricted worldwide travel capability
    • Solid knowledge of aviation safety regulations and procedures
    • Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively
    • Knowledge of culinary arts, food, wine, and menu planning for first-class service
    • Sharp attention to detail, adaptability, and excellent organizational skills

    A Few Important Notes

This is a non-commutable position. You must live within 1.5 hours of Burbank Airport (BUR). The role demands irregular hours and last-minute scheduling flexibility, so local residence is essential.

    Why This Role Stands Out?

You'll be working with an iconic brand in entertainment and media, surrounded by professionals who take pride in excellence. This isn't just a job about serving coffee and checking safety equipment—it's about creating an environment where busy, high-profile individuals can relax, work, or prepare for what's next, knowing every detail is handled. If that sounds like your kind of challenge, we'd love to hear from you.
