Join Our Crew as a Cabin Attendant – Based in Lahore!
Have you ever pictured yourself as the welcoming face that travelers remember long after they've landed? Fly Jinnah is looking for warm, professional, and safety-focused individuals to join our cabin crew team in Lahore. As one of our onboard ambassadors, you'll play a vital role in shaping how passengers feel about their journey with us—from their very first step onto the aircraft until they say goodbye at their destination.
This isn't just about serving meals or checking seatbelts. It's about creating a genuine connection, handling the unexpected with grace, and representing a brand that values both hospitality and reliability. If you're someone who stays calm under pressure, enjoys meeting new people, and takes pride in doing things the right way every time, this could be the career you've been waiting for.
What You'll Be Doing Day to Day?
Every flight brings a new mix of routines, surprises, and opportunities to make a difference. Here's what your focus areas will look like:
Getting Ready to Fly: You'll show up on time, looking polished and professional, and fully fit for duty. Before each departure, you'll join a team briefing where you'll go over flight details, confirm role assignments, and review security procedures. This preparation ensures everyone is aligned and ready to deliver a safe, smooth experience.
Keeping Everyone Safe: Safety always comes first. You'll guide passengers through emergency procedures with clarity and confidence, keeping a watchful eye for any risks. If something feels off, you'll flag it immediately to your Cabin Supervisor. You're also trained to provide first aid when needed and to report any irregularities or equipment issues to the flight crew without delay.
Creating a Welcoming Onboard Experience: From greeting passengers at the door to helping with boarding formalities, you'll be the person who makes people feel seen and cared for. You'll attend to individual requests, assist travelers who may be stressed or unwell, and log necessary information in the aircraft logbook according to both airline and civil aviation standards.
Driving Engagement and Revenue: Part of your role involves promoting our onboard meals, products, and our Charity Cloud initiative. You'll do this naturally and warmly—not like a sales pitch, but as a helpful part of the journey. You'll also handle cash and card payments securely, keeping accurate records of sales and donations.
Checking Details and Wrapping Up: Before takeoff, you'll inspect the cabin to confirm that emergency equipment, catering supplies, and other essentials are fully stocked and ready. During transit stops, you'll help ensure the cabin is properly cleaned and restocked. After landing, you'll take part in a post-flight debrief, share observations about the flight, and close out any duty-free containers securely.
Stepping Up as Needed: If the Captain designates you as the Cabin Supervisor for a particular flight, you'll take on that responsibility with confidence. You'll also keep your skills sharp by attending recurrent training, emergency procedure workshops, and any other development sessions required to maintain your license.
What We're Looking For?
This role is open to fresh graduates—yes, you can apply right out of school. But if you already have experience in customer service, aviation, or hospitality, that's a strong plus. Here's what else you'll need:
Education and Certifications:
- A Higher Secondary Certificate or diploma is acceptable. A diploma in Travel or Tourism is even better.
- Training in first aid, safety, or emergency procedures is highly valued.
Physical and Personal Qualities:
- You must be fit to fly, with overall good health and no serious medical conditions.
- You're presentable, friendly, and can keep a cheerful, positive attitude even when things get stressful.
- You genuinely enjoy helping people and can handle difficult passengers or tense situations without damaging the airline's image.
- You stay alert, spot problems early, and respond to threats or emergencies with focus and determination.
Professional Skills:
- You're proactive and self-motivated—someone who doesn't need to be told twice to jump in and help the team.
- Communication comes naturally to you, both in writing and face to face.
- You manage your time well and solve problems effectively.
- You know your way around Microsoft Office.
- You speak and write English fluently. Other languages are a bonus.
Work Style and Availability:
- You're comfortable working shifts and extended hours—that's just part of life in aviation.
- You adapt easily to changing schedules and busy conditions.
- You're capable of contributing to team goals and meeting performance targets.
