About the Role

About You
We're looking for individuals who bring the right attitude and energy to our team:

Our Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years old as of January 31, 2027
- With your arm fully extended, you must be able to reach a minimum overall height of 1.89 m (barefoot, standing flat-footed on the floor)
- You must be able to perform all required duties, including fully fastening the shoulder harness while seated in a flight attendant seat
- You must be able to swim at least 25 metres
- You must be willing to complete the required aptitude tests and occupational/aviation medical examinations (e.g., the G35 examination to determine your medical fitness for flight operations) during your employment
- You have good German and English language skills at CEFR B2 level
- You are able to work shifts as part of a 24/7 flight operation and be at your base in uniform within 60 minutes
- You hold a passport that is valid for at least 6 months from the start of the training course and allows unrestricted travel from/to Germany to all TUI fly destinations without additional authorization
- Successful applicants must undergo a security background check (ZÜP)
