About the Position
As a Flight Attendant (m/f/d), you will create exceptional customer experiences with your "Sales through Service" mindset and bring our guests to their destination with a smile. As a "Maker of Happy," guest satisfaction is at the heart of everything you do.

About You
We're looking for individuals who bring the right attitude and energy to our team:

Our Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years old by January 31, 2027
- With your arm fully extended, you must be able to reach a minimum total height of 1.89 m (barefoot, standing flat-footed on the floor)
- You must be able to perform all required duties, including fully fastening the shoulder harness while seated in a flight attendant seat
- You must be able to swim at least 25 metres
- You must be willing to complete the required aptitude tests as well as occupational and aviation medical examinations (e.g., the G35 examination to determine your medical fitness for flight operations during employment)
- You have good German and English language skills at CEFR B2 level
- You must be able to work shifts as part of a 24/7 flight operation and be at your base in uniform within 60 minutes
- You must hold a passport that is valid for at least 6 months from the start of the course and allows unrestricted travel to and from Germany to all TUI fly destinations without additional authorization
- Successful applicants must undergo a security background check (ZÜP)
