Your Mission: Safety, Service, and Smiles at 30,000 Feet!
As the frontline ambassador of Air Arabia, you will be the heart of our customer experience. Your primary role is to ensure the absolute safety and exceptional comfort of our guests throughout every phase of their journey. From a warm welcome during boarding to attentive in-flight service, you will create memorable moments that foster loyalty and reflect our positive corporate image. A Day in Your Flying Life
As a Guardian of Safety & Service, You Will:
- Ensure your timely readiness, impeccable grooming, and legal fitness for each assigned flight, beginning with a thorough pre-flight briefing.
- Confidently instruct passengers on all safety procedures and administer first aid when necessary, always prioritizing their well-being.
- Partner proactively with your Cabin Supervisor to identify and manage any safety, security, or customer concerns in line with our strict Standard Operating Procedures.
- Welcome passengers warmly, assist with boarding, and handle necessary aircraft logbook documentation with precision.
As an Ambassador of Hospitality & Care, You Will:
- Provide attentive, personalized service to meet individual passenger needs and pre-bookings, transforming routine flights into pleasant journeys.
- Skillfully identify and assist any passengers experiencing stress or difficulties, applying empathy and policy in equal measure.
- Contribute to our on-board experience by promoting meals, products, and our valued "Charity Cloud" program, achieving sales targets while handling transactions securely.
As a Key Team Contributor, You Will:
- Conduct essential pre- and post-flight checks of supplies, emergency equipment, and cabin cleanliness, reporting any discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure a seamless handover of the cabin during transit and participate in post-flight debriefings and reporting.
- Step into the role of Cabin Supervisor when designated, demonstrating leadership and responsibility.
- Maintain your expertise through recurrent training and actively contribute to the team's success and objectives.

To qualify, you should have:
- A minimum of a Higher Secondary Certificate or Diploma (a diploma in Travel/Tourism is a plus).
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written); proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
- Excellent general health, fitness to fly, and no serious medical conditions.
- Outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
- Strong time management abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- High flexibility to work in shifts, adapt to changing schedules, and meet set KPIs.
We value and encourage applications from fresh graduates. Previous experience as cabin crew, or in customer service within aviation, hospitality, or related industries, will be considered a significant advantage. An active cabin crew license is also a plus.
