What You'll Be Doing as Our Brand Ambassador?
As a Flight Attendant with Hong Kong Airlines, you become the face and heart of our airline. Your role goes far beyond serving meals—you'll be responsible for creating a calm, secure, and welcoming environment from boarding to disembarkation.
Day to day, you'll ensure every passenger enjoys a smooth and pleasant journey by following our inflight safety and service policies with care and precision. You'll learn to anticipate needs before they're spoken, responding to passengers with warmth and professionalism no matter what the situation. Whether assisting a nervous flyer, handling a special request, or simply offering a reassuring smile, you'll represent our brand's commitment to excellence at every turn.
Are You Our Next Cabin Crew Member?
We're looking for people who bring a positive mindset, natural communication skills, and a genuine desire to help others. To be considered, you'll need to meet the following:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Hold a minimum of Grade E in 5 HKCEE subjects OR Level 2 in 5 HKDSE subjects, including English and Chinese Language (or equivalent qualifications).
- Speak and write fluently in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
- Have a minimum arm reach of 208cm and pass our pre-employment medical assessment.
- Bring a customer-oriented attitude and strong communication skills to every interaction.
- It's a plus if you also speak Japanese, Korean, Thai, or another language—we love working with multilingual talent!
