What You'll Be Doing?
As a Hong Kong Airlines Flight Attendant, you'll play a vital role in our operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of passengers by adhering to inflight policies and procedures
- Delivering excellent and professional in-flight service, creating a pleasant travel experience for every passenger
- Anticipating and responding to passengers' needs in a caring, professional, and attentive manner
- Upholding a positive corporate image as a brand ambassador for Hong Kong Airlines
- Adhering to inflight service standards and complying with all regulatory requirements
What We're Looking For?
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Minimum age of 18
- Education: Minimum of Grade E in 5 HKCEE Subjects or Level 2 in 5 HKDSE Subjects (including English & Chinese Language or equivalent)
- Language Skills: Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English, including Putonghua
- Additional Languages: Ability to speak Japanese, Korean, Thai, or other languages would be an advantage
- Physical Requirements: A minimum arm-reach of 208 cm and physical fitness to pass the pre-employment medical assessment
- Personal Qualities: Positive attitude, customer-oriented mindset, and excellent communication skills
