Royal Jordanian is currently seeking customer-focused Cabin Attendants to join its team in Amman. This role is essential in ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of all passengers while delivering the airline’s renowned hospitality and service excellence.
As a Cabin Attendant, you will be responsible for welcoming passengers on board, directing them to their seats, and assisting with hand luggage or seating issues. You will make announcements, keep passengers informed of any delays, and remain visible in the cabin to address requests during the flight. In case of emergency, you will lead passengers and provide first aid when needed. Your duties include checking seat belts, ensuring galleys are secured before takeoff, and serving meals and refreshments following company regulations. You will professionally demonstrate safety procedures and equipment use before every flight. Pre-flight duties involve checking safety equipment, ensuring the aircraft is clean and well-stocked with meals, landing cards, and first aid supplies. At the end of the flight, you will ensure passengers disembark safely, check for any left-behind items, and complete flight-related paperwork, including stock control and reporting any issues to the ground staff.
Requirements
The successful candidate must possess a minimum of a high school degree and maintain a weight proportionate to a height of 158 centimeters. Proficiency in the English language is essential, along with strong communication and customer service skills. A keen awareness of safety and security protocols, coupled with effective time management abilities, are required.
