Your Mission: Guardian, Host, and Ambassador
As a Royal Jordanian Cabin Attendant, you are the central pillar of the onboard experience. Your day is a careful balance of rigorous safety protocols and thoughtful personal service. From the moment passengers step on board until they disembark, you will be their guide, protector, and host, ensuring every detail of their flight reflects our renowned standards of care.
A Glimpse into Your Responsibilities:
- Providing a warm, gracious welcome to passengers, assisting with seating and stowing luggage to ensure a calm and orderly boarding process.
- Making clear announcements and remaining visibly attentive in the cabin throughout the flight to address passenger needs and provide updates.
- Taking command in emergency situations, providing confident leadership and administering first aid when necessary.
- Conducting thorough pre-flight safety checks of all equipment, galley security, and cabin preparedness.
