What You’ll Do?
As a Cabin Attendant, you’ll be at the center of the passenger journey. From the moment travelers step on board until they reach their destination, you’ll be there to welcome them, assist with their needs, and ensure every flight is both safe and memorable. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting passengers with genuine warmth, helping them find their seats, and assisting with carry-on luggage
- Delivering clear safety demonstrations and guiding passengers in the event of an emergency
- Monitoring cabin readiness, checking seatbelts, securing galleys, and performing pre-flight equipment checks
- Serving meals, beverages, and special requests in accordance with company standards
- Remaining attentive throughout the flight, addressing passenger inquiries and ensuring comfort
- Providing first aid when required and handling in-flight situations calmly and professionally
- Assisting with disembarkation, checking overhead bins and cabin areas, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end passenger experience
- Completing post-flight reports, stock records, and coordinating with ground teams to maintain seamless operations
What We’re Looking For
We are searching for individuals who embody Jordanian hospitality while upholding international safety standards. You’ll need to bring:
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Strong communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to handle challenges gracefully
- Safety awareness and the ability to remain composed in all situations
- Good organizational and time management skills
Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma
- Minimum height: 158 cm (with weight proportionate to height)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional appearance
