As a Scoot cabin crew member, your primary responsibility is ensuring passenger safety at all times. You will also contribute to creating a memorable flight experience by delivering exceptional service and a vibrant atmosphere. To excel in this role, you'll need to maintain a thorough understanding of all duties and procedures.

Training
Upon joining the company, all new employees will undergo a two-month training program to prepare them for their role at Scoot. The curriculum encompasses the following core competencies:
- Safety and emergency procedures
- Door operation
- Firefighting
- First aid administration
- Personal grooming standards
- Scoot company culture and values
- Passenger handling procedures
- In-flight sales processes
Requirements
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older and meet the minimum height requirement of 1.65 meters for males and 1.58 meters for females due to safety and security protocols. A Tertiary Diploma or higher qualification is essential, coupled with fluency in both Korean and English languages. Proficiency in Japanese and Chinese would be considered an advantage. Candidates must be prepared to relocate to Singapore and work a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays. A commitment to fulfilling a compulsory service bond is required. In adherence to our grooming policy, all candidates must maintain a professional appearance at all times, and visible tattoos are not permitted. Only shortlisted applicants will proceed to the assessment center, and successful candidates must be available to commence employment within two months of the assessment.
