Your Role: Delivering Excellence at the Edge of the World
As a Cabin Crew Member with White Desert, you will be entrusted with ensuring the safety, comfort, and overall well-being of our VVIP guests from start to finish. - Upholding the highest standards of operational safety, security, and health protocols, ensuring full compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Actively participating in pre-flight briefings and conducting thorough safety checks before each journey.

What We're Looking For?
We are seeking a polished, safety-conscious professional who brings both technical expertise and a genuine passion for exceptional service. This role requires someone who thrives in dynamic, sometimes challenging environments and who takes pride in representing a luxury brand.
Essential Requirements:
- A valid passport with global travel eligibility and at least 12 months remaining before expiry—you must have unrestricted rights to work and travel internationally.
- A minimum of 3 years of cabin crew experience, ideally with exposure to VVIP, first-class, or premium service environments.
- A valid Cabin Crew Attestation and/or Cabin Crew Medical Certificate are highly desirable.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check covering the previous five years and provide satisfactory references for the same period.
- Professional grooming and appearance, with no visible tattoos or body piercings while in uniform.
- A smartphone capable of supporting operational communication requirements.
- Willingness to be based in Cape Town for the duration of the contract and to conduct standby duties near the airport base or in Antarctica as required.
- Physical fitness to perform all safety-related duties, with the ability to work flexible shifts covering 24 hours during the season.

About This Seasonal Opportunity
This role is offered on a seasonal contract basis, supporting the Cabin Service Department for the upcoming season. The contract period runs from 01 September 2026 to 28 February 2027, based from our home in Cape Town, South Africa.
