    Based within a reasonable commute to our Van Nuys headquarters (approximately 1–2 hours), you'll serve as the gold standard for cabin service on our Part 91 and Part 135 operations. This position calls for someone who moves effortlessly between the roles of trusted confidant, meticulous planner, and gracious host—all while maintaining an unwavering commitment to safety and discretion.

    What You'll Do: Crafting Seamless Experiences at 45,000 Feet

    Your day-to-day responsibilities go far beyond traditional service. You'll be the architect of the guest experience, ensuring every detail is anticipated and executed flawlessly.


    • Anticipate & Deliver: Proactively meet guest needs before they arise, creating a sense of effortless luxury throughout every flight.
    • Set the Stage: Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections of the galley, cabin, and crew areas, ensuring everything is pristine, secure, and ready for departure.
    • Personalize Every Detail: Manage catering orders and procure flight essentials tailored to each trip, reflecting the unique preferences of our clients and aircraft owners.
    • Maintain Impeccable Standards: Keep the cabin meticulously organized and fully stocked according to Silver Air's exacting expectations—before, during, and after each flight.
    • Collaborate with Precision: Work seamlessly alongside flight crew, communicating clearly and following established protocols to ensure smooth, safe operations.

    What You Bring to the Team?

    We're looking for someone with a rare blend of experience, presence, and intuition. The ideal candidate possesses:

    • A Strong Background: At least 5–10 years of high-level executive assistant experience combined with Part 135 or Part 91 flight experience. A college degree is highly desirable.
    • Proven Aviation Expertise: A minimum of five years as a Corporate Cabin Attendant, with deep familiarity with the complexities of private jet operations.
    • Hospitality Excellence: Demonstrated expertise in high-end food and beverage service, including plating techniques, presentation, and service standards that meet VVIP expectations.
    • Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written skills, allowing you to interact effortlessly with clients, crew, and vendors.
    • Resourceful Problem-Solving: A knack for addressing challenges creatively and efficiently, often before others even recognize them.
