What Life as Cabin Crew Really Looks Like
Life as Cabin Crew is fun and rewarding—but it's also a demanding position where safety is our number one priority. You will be required to operate both early and late shifts:
- Early roster: Report for duty as early as 5:00 AM
- Afternoon roster: Not return home until midnight
If you're not a morning person, then think twice before applying. However, if you're customer-oriented and like to work in a fast-paced environment with loads of enthusiasm, this could be the career for you!
Requirements
To join our Cabin Crew team, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Applicants must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network
- Height: Approximately between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm)
- Swimming: Able to swim 25 meters unaided and support someone else
- Personality: Hardworking, flexible, and outgoing with a friendly personality
- Flexibility: Adaptable and happy to work a shift roster
- Customer Service: Enjoy dealing with the public and have the ability to provide excellent customer service with a 'can do' attitude
- Language: Comfortable speaking and writing in English with the ability to successfully pass an English Language Assessment
- Passion: A genuine passion for travelling and meeting new people
