Launch Your High-Flying Career with Ryanair!
Ready to join the heart of Europe's largest airline group? This is your chance to become part of the vibrant team of over 16,000 Cabin Crew members who make every journey memorable across our network of 90+ bases. Every single day, we welcome more than 600,000 guests on over 3,600 flights—and we're looking for enthusiastic new team members to help us deliver the efficient, friendly, and safe service we're known for.
No previous aviation experience? No problem. Our world-class, fully-funded training program will equip you with everything you need to excel, from safety procedures to top-tier customer care. Upon graduation, you'll earn your coveted Cabin Crew wings and be ready to start an exciting new chapter both on the ground and in the skies.
What Your Journey Looks Like
Life as Ryanair Cabin Crew is dynamic, rewarding, and built around a culture of opportunity. From day one, you'll be part of a supportive team where career growth is real—whether you aspire to become a Cabin Supervisor, move into base management, or aim for leadership roles in our inflight division.
This role is fun, but it's also demanding. Safety will always be your top priority. You'll need to be prepared for early starts (think 5 a.m. check-ins) and late finishes, with shifts that reflect the around-the-clock nature of aviation. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love meeting people, and bring genuine enthusiasm to everything you do, this could be the perfect career launchpad for you.
