What You'll Be Doing?

Safety & Compliance – Your First Priority:
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of every person onboard, in full alignment with FAA regulations and HP policies
- Leading pre-flight safety briefings and making sure all procedures are followed without exception
- Keeping the cabin ready, emergency equipment accessible, and safety documentation current
- Responding to unexpected situations or emergencies with a calm, clear, and effective presence
Cabin Operations – The Details Matter:
- Preparing the aircraft cabin before each flight so that everything is spotless, organized, and guest-ready
- Managing inventory, catering, and onboard supplies to match passenger preferences—down to the smallest detail
- Coordinating catering orders and provisioning to accommodate specific dietary needs and tastes
- Maintaining consistently high presentation standards for food, beverages, and the entire cabin environment
Passenger Experience – Where You Shine:
- Delivering warm, personalized, and genuinely exceptional service to HP executives and their guests
- Anticipating needs and preferences with quiet efficiency and absolute discretion
- Creating a welcoming, comfortable, and professional in-flight atmosphere from start to finish

Team Coordination – No One Flies Alone:
- Working closely with pilots, schedulers, and ground support teams to ensure smooth operations
- Helping turn around flights efficiently between legs
- Communicating clearly about special requests, schedule changes, or operational needs
Administrative & Operational Support – Behind the Scenes:
- Keeping accurate records of catering orders, flight logs, and inventory levels
- Assisting with trip planning, including navigating international travel requirements when needed
- Following corporate policies and aviation best practices at all times
What You Bring to the Role?
We're looking for a Flight Attendant who has mastered both safety and service. Here are the essentials:
- FAA Flight Attendant Certification (or the ability to obtain it)
- At least 3–5 years of experience as a Flight Attendant—corporate or private aviation experience is strongly preferred
- Solid knowledge of in-flight safety procedures and high-end hospitality service standards
- Flexibility to work variable schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- A valid passport with the ability to travel internationally
It's even better if you also have:
- Experience specifically in corporate or private aviation environments
- Culinary training or advanced knowledge of food and beverage service
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Familiarity with international travel protocols and customs

Compensation & Benefits
We believe in rewarding excellence. The pay range for this role is $210,000 – $225,000 per year, with additional opportunities for bonus and/or equity (applicable to US-based candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
