    Description

At easyJet, our Cabin Crew do more than serve passengers — they bring energy, warmth, and safety to every journey. Every flight is an opportunity to make someone’s day brighter, whether it’s their first trip abroad or a regular commute across Europe. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love being part of a close-knit team, this could be the start of a career that takes you places.

Positions available at London Luton, Bristol, and Newcastle.

    Your Role in the Sky

As Cabin Crew, you’ll be the face of easyJet, ensuring our customers feel welcomed, cared for, and safe from boarding to touchdown. Safety always comes first, and you’ll be trained to handle everything from routine procedures to unexpected situations with professionalism and confidence. At the same time, you’ll deliver a service that feels effortless — whether that’s helping a nervous flyer feel at ease, offering a friendly smile, or delivering our Café.Shop service onboard.

    What We’re Looking For?

Previous aviation experience isn’t required — what matters most is your attitude and people skills. You’ll be a great fit if you:

    • Be at least 18 years old
    • Speak and write fluent English
    • Have at least 6 months of customer service experience
    • Communicate clearly, confidently, and kindly
    • Stay calm under pressure and make decisions with safety in mind
    • Enjoy working in a team that’s diverse, energetic, and supportive
    • Go the extra mile to make every customer feel valued
    • Be able to swim 25 metres unaided, tread water, and climb into a life raft
    • Have no visible tattoos on the head, face, or neck (all tattoos must be discreet and inoffensive)
    • Meet our height requirements (between 5’2” / 157.5cm and 6’3” / 190cm without shoes)
    • Pass a UK CAA Cabin Crew medical and fit securely into a jump seat
    • Live within 90 minutes of your chosen base (Luton, Bristol, or Newcastle)
    • Have the right to work in the UK, with unrestricted travel across the UK, EEA, and our network

    Why Join easyJet?
