    Join the Orange Spirit!

If you’ve ever dreamed of turning your love for travel into a career, there’s no better place to start than with easyJet. We’re looking for enthusiastic, people-focused individuals to join our Cabin Crew teams at Bristol and London Luton Airports — where every flight is a new opportunity to make a difference.

Being Cabin Crew with easyJet isn’t just about serving food or helping passengers find their seats. You’ll be the reassuring voice in the cabin, the friendly smile that brightens someone’s journey, and the calm presence that ensures every flight runs smoothly and safely. Safety always comes first, but great service and genuine care make up the heart of everything we do.

At easyJet, we believe in being:

    • Safe: Always putting the wellbeing of our customers and crew first.
    • Welcoming: Creating an inclusive, positive experience for everyone onboard.
    • Bold: Taking initiative and pushing boundaries to keep improving.
    • Challenging: Staying curious, adaptable, and open to learning something new.

From your very first day, you’ll receive comprehensive training to prepare you for life in the skies — and that’s just the beginning. Many of our Cabin Crew go on to become Cabin Managers or move into other roles within our network. Your career can grow as fast as your ambitions.

Please Note: Training starts January 2026 (Bristol) and February 2026 (London Luton)

    Who We’re Looking For?

You don’t need previous aviation experience — what matters most is your attitude, professionalism, and people skills. You’re the kind of person who:

    • Has at least six months’ experience in a customer-facing role
    • Communicates clearly and confidently
    • Can stay calm under pressure and handle challenges with care
    • Works well in a close-knit, diverse team
    • Takes pride in helping others and making every passenger feel valued

    What You’ll Need?

To meet safety and operational standards, applicants must:

    • Be at least 18 years old
    • Measure between 5’2” (157.5 cm) and 6’3” (190 cm) tall (without shoes)
    • Speak and write fluent English
    • Have the right to work in the UK and travel freely across the UK and EEA (we are unable to sponsor Skilled Worker visas)
    • Live within 90 minutes of either Bristol International Airport or London Luton Airport
    • Have no visible tattoos on the head, face, or neck (all tattoos must be inoffensive)
    • Be comfortable selling onboard products, including alcohol
    • Be able to swim 25 metres unaided, tread water, and climb into a life raft
    • Pass a UK CAA Cabin Crew medical and securely fit into a jump seat with full harness
