To support our premium travelers in Dubai, we are looking for a dedicated Ground Stewardess to oversee our lounge operations and ensure VVIP, VIP, and CIP passengers receive exceptional care from the moment they arrive until they depart.
About the Role
This position is all about making every detail count. As part of the ground team in Dubai, you’ll be the face of Gulf Air for our most distinguished passengers, ensuring smooth lounge operations and a seamless travel experience. From coordinating with airport partners to arranging special services, your role is central to creating a warm, professional, and luxurious environment that reflects Gulf Air’s hospitality.
What You’ll Be Doing?
- Welcoming and assisting passengers upon arrival and departure, including support with luggage, immigration formalities, transfers, hotel arrangements, and any special requests
- Coordinating with Catering, Cargo, Airport and Area Managers, and Public Relations teams to ensure VIP guests receive tailored services both on the ground and onboard
- Supporting the Lounge Supervisor with selecting and sourcing catering, magazines, newspapers, and amenities that reflect the diverse needs of Gulf Air’s passengers
- Assisting in reviewing cabin crew and passenger feedback, helping to implement service improvements and respond to customer concerns
- Building strong professional relationships with airport authorities, handling agents, sales and reservations staff, and regulatory bodies to ensure operations run smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken (equivalent to National Diploma level)
- A polished, professional presence with the ability to manage high-profile guests discreetly and effectively
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing role within aviation, hospitality, or a related service industry
- Proficiency with computer systems including DCS and Falcon System
