If you thrive in a dynamic environment, love connecting with people from all walks of life, and maintain grace under pressure, we invite you to become part of the Eastern Airlines family.
Your Role: Where Safety Meets Hospitality
As a Flight Attendant with Eastern Airlines, you are the heart of the passenger experience—and the guardian of their safety. Every flight is an opportunity to showcase our values: professionalism, warmth, and unwavering attention to detail. From preflight preparations to landing, you'll ensure every journey runs smoothly, every regulation is met, and every passenger feels genuinely cared for.
Your workday will be anything but ordinary. You'll collaborate closely with your crew, adapt to changing situations with ease, and bring your best energy to each interaction. Whether assisting a nervous flyer, serving beverages with a smile, or responding calmly to an unexpected situation, you'll embody the spirit of Eastern Airlines at 30,000 feet.
What You'll Do: A Closer Look?
- Prepare with Purpose: Attend preflight briefings, complete safety checks, and ensure the aircraft is fully stocked with food, beverages, and supplies before passengers board.
- Welcome and Assist: Greet customers warmly, verify boarding passes, answer questions, assist with luggage, and provide extra help to those who need it.
- Educate and Demonstrate: Lead safety demonstrations, explain emergency equipment and exit row requirements, and make clear announcements throughout the flight.
- Monitor and Maintain: Walk the aisles to ensure compliance with federal regulations before takeoffs and landings, and periodically check on passenger comfort.
- Respond with Composure: Handle in-flight emergencies calmly and professionally, administering first aid when needed and completing all required incident reports.
- Stay Organized: Complete and submit all necessary forms, reports, and paperwork accurately and on time.
- Represent Eastern: Treat every customer and vendor with courtesy, respect, and genuine care.
- Go with the Flow: Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support your team and ensure a seamless flight experience.
